Special teams penalties are especially egregious. It’s not just the penalty yardage it’s the gain that was negated and the horrible field position. Just dang brain dead. Limits our offensive options.

The defense it NOT getting humiliated. They have given up 12 points until the fourth quarter. They made a critical stop to set up a hot #3 who again had the Bucs moving. Doug fumbles…and the D has to come right back on the field with horrible field position.
You guys are getting so negative you can’t realize situations anymore. The Falcons have a freaking winning record and we do not. The teams are evenly matched IMHO. Our QB is outplaying theirs…our D had been outplaying their D.
I’m afraid our D is now gassed. It’s not just that we don’t have GMC there are at least four other players who were supposed to start or see lots of time who didn’t suit up. They’re doing great considering what they’re fighting through.
I am not embarrassed to be a Bucs fan today. I was freaking humiliated on opening day. This game like last week is simply frustrating. We are too thin to lose this many players on D especially the 2nd leading sack artist in the NFL at least at DT!!!

And for all the GMC haters I’ve been trying to watch our rush. We had no push up the middle in the first half…GMC does provide this even if he doesn’t get the sack. This freed the Falcon tackles to just run our DE’s wide since Matty Ice could step up in the pocket and take his time and pick us apart.
Lovie obviously saw that as well and even put in some trick blitzes. I liked the crisscross of LVD and Kwon…haven’t seen that much.
