Philly sports fans are notorious. They are emotional, hardcore, passionate. But they demand excellence.
Legend has it that if the Eagles aren’t playing well, the locals will turn on them quickly. Well, here is evidence.
In a CSNPhilly,com video, Rueben Frank and Dave Zangaro totally unload on the Eagles for losing to the Dolphins. And you just may be surprised by the duos pick for Sunday’s Bucs-Eagles game.

Sports talk radio in Philly is so entertaining when the Eagles lose. Please keep my workdays entertaining.
The fans are definitely down on the Eagles, but still looking paste the Bucs. The new saying now is 1 through 52 our roster is better in all spots. This should be a win.

it seems like most Northern teams have an impatient and slightly insane fan base. I’ve always marveled at the difference in experience at a Bucs game as opposed to when I get dragged to go see a Giants or Bills game with friends. Bucs fans are usually more easy going and far less obnoxious. Boston, NY City, and Philadelphia probably have more borderline lunatic fans.

Let’s not forget that Jameis has played some of his best games on the road so far this year! This will be a GREAT experience for our young team regardless if we win or lose!

the bucs cant sleep on philly…we still have to come out aggressive and stay aggressive thru out the game…I think jameis will bouce back and may have one of his best games if wrs focus and catch the ball…hope lovie continues to blitz sanchez and stuff the run…I feel a streak coming!!…GO BUCS!!!

Biggest eagles fan here, but fsu as well. The way jameis was treated by the national media while in college changes the game. Some was deserved but most was deliberately misleading. Im conflicted. I know philly has as good a chance with mark as they did sam, better chance i believe, because he always plays well against tampa 2. His best game ever was afc champ game @ indy vs peyton. He outplayed peyton. The bucs have to stay together and not get down if they fall behind early. If you can hold us under 24, you win. Chip us winless while scoring under 24. Even worse, taking away defensive & spec teams tds we avg 21 pts under chip on offense. That doesnt mean we cant put up 35 on any given sunday. The dline is good and fletcher cox is arguably as good as jj watt. Secondary is opportunistic and better than most believe. Just take what we give you and pound the ball. Time of possession makes or breaks us. Good luck, bucs

The fan base up here really is much happier when they can b!tch about their teams. They’re passionate, knowledgable whiners

The Eagles have a lot more talent on their team. The Buccaneers are going to have to play a mistake free game and have their best performance from Winston Martin and our defense, in order to win. If the Eagles stop the run the way Dallas was able to, we are in for a long day. The Eagles only gave up 289 total yards last week. They beat the Jets and whopped, yes, whopped (27-7) the Giants who of course, just got the best of us. Worst of all we have to face another back-up QB and you all know what that means? We are in trouble.
