Weather: Not bad at all for late-October in the Mid-Atlantic states. Though it will be cloudy, per Accuweather.com, it will be nice football weather. Kickoff temperature should be 66 degrees and will rise slightly to 68 by game’s end.
Odds: Per FootballLocks.com, Stinking Redskins -3.
Outlook: Playoff dreams are real. Yes, believe Joe. The Bucs (2-3) are a win over the rotten Redskins from being .500 more than one-third through the season. Normally, Joe would choke on his Bud Light at the thought of a playoff run, but look at how lousy the NFC is. Only three teams are worthy of laying cash on to be playoff teams: Packers, Dixie Chicks and Stinking Panthers. The rest of the conference is, meh. An 8-8 record very possibly could earn a Wild Card. Suddenly, the Bucs’ schedule doesn’t look as formidable as it did a couple of weeks ago. But the Bucs must beat bad teams, which brings us to today’s game in Obamaburg. If the Bucs have a prayer of playing meaningful games in January, the Bucs must win today — because the Redskins are lousy. The Redskins have an OK rushing attack, but if you stop that, it means embattled Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins has to beat you. As bad as the Bucs’ secondary is, Joe will take his chances with the ball in Cousins’ hands.
Nuggets: OLB Lavonte David needs 2.5 sacks to pass Shelton Quarles for fourth-most sacks by a Bucs linebacker. … Time is getting short for WR Mike Evans, as he needs 10 touchdowns to become the first Bucs player to record consecutive double-digit receiving touchdowns. … DT Gerald McCoy needs two sacks to climb to fifth place among team leaders. Brad Culpepper currently ranks fifth. … If RB Doug Martin can score three touchdowns today, he will join Atlanta’s Devonta Freeman as the only running backs since 2006 to have consecutive three-touchdown games. … If the Redskins win today, it will be their third home win in a row and the first time they have won three home games consecutively since 2012. … Redskins LB Ryan Kerrigan needs three sacks to have the second-most sacks for Washington since 1982. … In the past three weeks, the Redskins have led the NFL in takeaways (eight). … The Redskins have had 15 possessions of 10 plays or more. That’s third most in the NFL this season.

Simple game plan for The Fans!!! Don’t get down on any negative plays… Stay hopeful, antisapate opportunity to overcome mistakes and focus on creating mistakes by the opponent… Have fun enjoying your favorite team play and don’t buy into others pathetic sorry attitudes or drag down other people with your own… Hope is what we all need to succeed… Win or lose don’t give up your hope for nothing… Don’t get to high or to low… This will be a tough game to win don’t be fooled… But what should not be hard to do is remaining a positive fanatic… Bacardi and Coke… Do It!!!

Playoffs? Playoffs? I would like nothing better than to see my team in the playoffs, but we just won our first home game in what, two years? Let’s get real. A 8-8 season is the best we can hope for, and that is not a playoff record.

I don’t normally come close to supporting anything MadMax says, but he is right in the opinion that the Redskins are not a good team.
However…
…neither are we and every game gets our young guys experience and every win builds more confidence.

Didn’t the Bills lose their starting QB? That hurt them. Agree with Bonzai, I always pull for whoever is playing the Panthers. They too could very well be the NFC champs.
