Sims Expected To Be Activated Today

Joe has been pounded with questions about when rookie running back Charles Sims would be activated. If you have today in your pool (why else would anyone be so concerned Sims would be activated so long as he was by kickoff?), you are a lucky person.
Per NFL.com’s insider Ian Rapoport, it is expected Sims will return to the roster today, so Rapoport Twittered.

Now exactly when Sims will be activated, Joe can’t help you there. Remember, “today” ends at midnight. Could be now, could be an hour from now, could be at 11:59 p.m.

A big day of RB production out of Sims would be great for both the Bucs and my fantasy team…here’s to hoping he gets activated today and can help generate a rushing attack for the Bucs.

Our savior has arrived! He will block for himself and throw bullets to himself! He will play pass coverage like he’s glue and create clutch turnovers and stay on the field to kick the game winning field goal after recovering from botching the snap to himself.

Yes yes call for a spark from the unknown rookie coming back from injury because why wouldn’t a rookie coming off of a serious injury have a huge game, no one knows anything about him so it’s not like having a bad offensive line is important, this franchise has made half its fanbase as pathetic as they are

Don’t expect much. He isn’t in football shape, and it will take some time to get in sync, with the offence, provided the offensive line, can open any holes for him.

Joe mentioned pool and the Bucs together in the same sentence; as far as fantasy ponts go I could see a lot of people playing the Brown defense today and perhaps their RB Tate but unless you are in some deep 16 team league with numerous flex positions; why would you have any Bucs on your roster????? BTW: I am sure the Browns, along with whoever is playing the Raiders, Rams, Jets and Jags are leading the way in Suicide pool picks……

Hard to look forward to a guy who averaged just over 2 yards per carry in the preseason. That’s how low we are
