Michael Bennett told Pewter Report that he wants to play or relocate

Props to Pewter Report for sticking a video camera in front of running back Michael Bennett and asking him what he thinks about being inactivated for the Bucs first two games.

Bennett is not happy. Hurry up and check out the video, which will be off the PewterReport.com site sometime today, per league rules.

Bennett, 30, was the Bucs’ workhorse tailback during the preseason, taking Earnest Graham’s role of the past seasons.

Without specifics, Bennett talks about playing for a new team and how he might move on “with some other players.”

“Most guys in this situation are happy to sit around and collect checks. That’s not me,” Bennett said. “There’s nothing I can do. They dress two tailbacks and two fullbacks and I don’t play special teams. “
