As Joe documented recently, the Bucs are interested in the services of NRA spokesman and overall talented clown Plexiglass Burress. The Bucs were one of two teams sniffing around Burress with the second team believed to be the Jets.

Now there’s more competition for Burress. There’s a third team.

Noted Twitterer and overall scoundrel agent Drew Rosenhaus Twittered late Wednesday afternoon that a third team was after Burress.

Good news for Plaxico as a 3rd team has just expressed serious interest in signing him. I won’t identify any of the teams at their request.

Of course, the third team that Rosenhaus promised he wouldn’t reveal could be nothing more than a work of fiction to help gin up the price of Burress. There are numerous reasons the Bucs should stay away from this overgrown child Plexiglass Burress, the least of which is who knows when he will be able to suit up?
