Unsold Tickets Available For Bucs Playoff Game; Resale Prices Below Face Value

January 8th, 2025

Where will you be Sunday night?

Well, you could be at the Community Investment Tax Stadium that became the Stadium on Dale Mabry Highway and the Den of Depression, which is now The Licht House.

There, the Bucs will host the Commanders in the opening round of the postseason and tickets are available.

Via the Bucs’ official reseller, TicketMaster, unsold tickets are available starting at $117.00 plus fees, per Joe’s searching. Joe also is seeing those “cheap” seats for $90 (plus fees) on ticket resale websites like StubHub.

Joe expects a Bucs-heavy crowd on Sunday, much like the electric atmosphere the Bucs enjoyed when they hammered the Eagles at home in the playoffs last year on a Monday night.

Joe likes thinking about that game because the Bucs have lost their last six regular-season night games.

    Go Bucs

  2. BillyBucco Says:

    Run Bucky Run

  3. Bonan Says:

Would have gone if it was Saturday. 8pm on a Sunday is just too late for me.

  4. HC Grover Says:

No thanks, will go the local sport bar and have a full dinner and drinks. Can’t get NBC here or would just grill outside.

  5. RVATom Says:

Really? Man, I wish I still lived close enough to be there and to work the next day. That’s unbelievable for a playoff game. Go Bucs.

  6. ModHairKen Says:

Sunday night game on less than a week’s notice and there are tix available? Shocker.

    Goodell is an ass.

  7. heyjude Says:

Would love to go. Time to get back home afterwards would be way too late. Have to work early Monday, first day of spring college classes. So happy that many others will be there to make it electrifying! Go Bucs!

  8. Mike C Says:

Might be some DC fans, think about it, if you are a DC fan within 50 miles you are trying to be at that game.

  9. Leopold Stotch Says:

Where will I be? In my bed struggling to stay awake to watch the game. I haven’t had an energy drink since before Christmas and was using that as my New Years Resolution… But I might break it for a night… That or drink a whole pot of coffee.

  10. rrsrq Says:

That is not good, do you know how many Washington fans are trying to escape the snow

  11. 76doug Says:

The playoff schedule is terrible. West coast games should be the late games. They have the Broncos playing at 1:00 on the east coast, that’s bad for them. And I don’t like the Broncos because of Payton. Bucs at 8:00 is also stupid. It’s all about the $$$$ for hammerhead Goodell and the owners.

  12. First Name Greatest Says:

$117 plus fees equals $275 per ticket

Just buy the ticket 30-45 minutes prior for the best deal like I did last Sunday

  13. OrlandoBucFan Says:

I’ll be there, but I’m not happy about it being a night game on a Sunday. At least it isn’t Monday night. I remember the 1999 game like it was yesterday and would have been at the 2005 game if not for a scheduling conflict. I’m looking forward to this year’s game.

  14. rsjcheapseats Says:

The cheap seats have the best view.
You can see the play develop better.

  15. Eduardo85 Says:

As a dedicated 20 year fan of Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan from Colombia, I’m excited that I’ll be attending the upcoming playoff game against Washington! Last year, I had the incredible experience of watching the Bucs take on the Eagles, and I’m sure the atmosphere this time will be just as electric—if not more.

It’s an amazing feeling to support my favorite team in person and witness the passion of Bucs Nation firsthand. Looking forward to another unforgettable game at Raymond James Stadium. Go Bucs!

  16. Jeff Says:

This is a home game for the Commanders. 65% Washington fans. Final prediction Washington 30 Bucs 27.

  17. Anyhony Says:

    practice at night all week.

  18. heyjude Says:

Right on Anyhony! They should practice at night and focus on their routine being only evening activity. Don’t tire out during the day.

Agree 76doug. West coast should be night games.

  19. Mike C Says:

    How old are you Jeff?

  20. Mike C Says:

Cause if it isn’t 12, you are just sad

  21. Chef Baker Says:

Think I’m going to treat myself and make this the icing on my birthday cake and go watch my Bucs eat a W. Best birthday gift to myself!! Go Bucs! Go baker! Go Bucky! Go defense!!!

  22. View from 132 Says:

$100 for nosebleeds. Say $200 if you bring a friend or a spouse. $400 if you have kids. Plus parking. Plus food.

It’s a $1000 outing to sit in cold weather with a wind (that high up, especially) and be at work 6-8 hours after the game ends.

I did my time. It was fun, but it is a terrible value.

  23. infomeplease Says:

Got me Club Seats baby!! LFG!!

  24. Mike C Says:

View from 132, glad your lame Azz won’t be at the game.

  25. Mike C Says:

And 600 for food and parking???

  26. stpetebucsfan Says:

    @Eduardo

Congrats on getting to see the playoff games! Muy bien senor!

You are a true fan and your enthusiasm is infectious. You humble my feeble support.

I’m attempting to learn Spanish in my retirement Eduardo. I’ve had plenty of Mexican friends from my working days as a truck driver. They were so much fun.

I’m taking an online course maybe I can practice on you. I start from way behind. And my Puerto Rican friends made fun of me for learning a Mexican accent because they were the ones who taught me what little I know.

Yo apprender habla Espanol muy dispacion. Did I even say that right?

  27. orlbucfan Says:

76doug, I agree. I’ve been to plenty of games at Tampa Stadium and RJS. So, I hope I can stay awake to listen to at least part of the game. Have a good feeling about it. I’m a DC native so it’s interesting. Go Bucs!!

  28. Jabber Says:

Picked up a pair of $89 each in 305 yesterday and I can’t freaking wait. I was there last year and it was amazing. Go Bucs! See everyone at the game!

  29. stpetebucsfan Says:

    Jabber

Where did you find them at $89?

  30. ChiBuc Says:

Yall are some sorry cheap a$$ old men. You blather on this site day and night and you can’t support your team in a playoff game. WEAK!! Boo hoo, it’s late, I’m cold, I feel sleepy, $100 is so much. Wow!

I paid almost $500 for nosebleeds in hostile territory (Detroit) 5 hours away last yr, and you can’t stay up past 9p. Dang. I’m old, but I hope I never get that old.

Sorry for the rant, but come on “fans” sack up

Cheers to those of you that will be there representing

  31. WanderingWallflower Says:

Sad. I’m sorry, it’s not just sad that the stadium can’t be filled, it’s also some reasons it isn’t filled. With the counties immediately around Hillsborough, there’s close to 5 million people. Call it 4.5 million, make it 4.3, whatever, and it takes fewer than 2% of nearby fans to fill the stadium.

Let me also say, I’m not so confident this will be a pro-Bucs crowd. There’s more games in the regular season where the road crews are substantial than there are not.

I had a typo, took me down a wild trail, I’m moving it to the bottom.

Commie fans travel and they’re both hungry and enthused. I hope Joe is right but I expect many loud commies on Sunday night.

Redski,….Commanders, honest mistake, seriously. This led me down a rabbit hole. I was going to just t delete it, but I’m leaving it. There’s a vocal majority of native Americans who want the name restored, especially among the Blackfeet tribe. From straight arrow news, you can find an article but it isn’t easy because Google tries to hide it. Straight arrow news is simply san dot calm, then search for family of redskins logo. My apologies for this detour, none for exposing truth.

  32. Brent Clark Says:

I’ll watching from The Philippines 9am Monday Morning… GO BUCS

  33. Mike C Says:

Wallflower, it will be sold out not “sad” smh, and will probably be about 15 to 20% Was fans, they not the same group they were after all the down years and bad ownership , anyone who remembers the hogs is probably in the too old and cold lame crowd.

  34. Joe D. Says:

If you sit in the nose bleeds, freeze while you’re closer to the blimp you can get in for ≈$100 per person… Also, don’t forget those fees are now like an extra 25% these days…🤢

In reality if you want to sit in the lower bowl, and have a seat that gives you an experience better than TV, for two people, you’re looking at more like $300 per person, by the sime you park, have a $30 Cuban Sandwich, Chips, and soda… and in my case get back to Orlando at 1am sit to have my work alarm go off at 5:30am Monday…

I love going to games, but that’s a tough sell…

  35. Mike C Says:

A low of 55 Sunday….. not exactly freezing smh, glad the weak azz fans won’t be taking up a seat to just sit on their effin hands anyway.

  36. Mike C Says:

Quit coming on here complaining about price, 1k for one Taylor Swif ticket , news flash grampa, prices have gone up!

  37. New Baby MoJo Says:

People expecting that egg to be laid in primetime.
