Joe hopes everyone has a wonderful Christmas.
For Joe, Christmas comes every day because Joe gets to write about the Bucs every day. Without readers like you, this site doesn’t exist. It is no more complex than that.
So Joe hopes all fans, including Joe’s many haters, find under the Christmas tree what they wanted from Santa. Maybe a bottle or two, as well.
Now don’t try to inhale that bottle in one day!
And for those who were on Santa’s naughty list — Joe is jealous!

it’s crazy how with this one loss we just had, it’s like sh!t is hitting the fan with the media – after a complete jumping on the bandwagon after the chargers game…so damn fickle man…!
i don’t think anyone really thought we’d run the table…come on let’s be realistic…
we are on pace to win 6 of the final 7 if we can stay the course and play some really inspired football in the final 2 games…
6 of 7 is all you can ask for…i had us going 5-2 down the stretch…but the opportunity and the window to win 6 of 7 is right f’in there…
i said before the season, and all along, we are only winning one of the two games in san diego and dallas…it was just logical we split those…however i did have us losing in san diego and winning the dallas game…either way we did the split…
winning the division was gonna be super tough after the record at the break, and the 2 losses to atlanta…but here we are in the mix – so don’t jump ship yet – like all the media is doing…
it ain’t over till it’s over…
we’ve got 2 home games – we can get this !
also i was thinking after the chargers game………
what if we win 7 in a row to finish out the season…???
my conclusion was that’s no good…you don’t want to be that team going into the playoffs on that mega-long winning streak…winning 2 or 3 in a row is nice…maybe 4…
too many wins in a row generally means you’re simply due for a loss…
like the eagles just lost – and that’s actually a good thing for them after like 10 wins in a row…
you want to go into the playoffs dialed up, healthy, and on a small winning streak – hoping to keep rolling…
sure we’ve gotta make the playoffs first…but we’re in this…these falconi’s are just not that good…
maybe they drop one, and we win our final 2 at home…getting us playoff ready…and “protecting this house” …in preparation for a big home playoff game…

lol yes, that was my entire argument with the Joes back in the day. The Bucs tried to make him the face of the franchise and it drove me crazy. Good times though!
