  1. Tye Says:

I’ve seen nothing from him that suggest his work deserves confidence….
His team is just as inconsistent as when he was with the Jets…
One of the bottom tier HC in the league!

  2. bucnjim Says:

If the Bucs can go on a serious run then it will be confident. Win against the Chargers and it will be very confident.

  3. Saskbucs Says:

Bowles got vote of confidence from me prior to week 5.

Now he is back to the same boat as last year and even if the Bucs win the next 4 games, I won’t be able to go back to that,

My vote is little confidence from now until he is done here or wins the SB. Cannot trust this guy to manage the game properly vs contending teams, fool me once and all that.

    Roster vote – Very Confident

  4. zzbucs Says:

I am not a Bowles fan, but I have confidence on him and his staff…..
Doesn’t help moaning against him all the time….

  5. Joshua Says:

I want Todd Bowles fired as much as anyone. I never wanted him hired in the first place, honestly, but I had no idea what to do without Bruce Arians, suddenly and I’m only just a fan. I do have one request, though, for the other fans here: please just accept the situation. They didn’t fire him during the bye week, which was the only real opportunity to make a change mid-season without causing a complete collapse.

As fans, let’s do what we’re supposed to do and *root for the Bucs*. Not Todd Bowles the TEAM!! Forget about Todd Bowles failing and getting fired—we should be supporting the team and hoping for wins. PERIOD If those wins don’t come, he will likely be gone after this year anyway. In the meantime, let’s support the team, hope for the best, and maybe they can even win a Super Bowl with him as coach. If that happens, perhaps his team camaraderie will prove more valuable than any of his shortcomings as a head coach. The players seem to absolutely love the guy which honestly is half the battle do you want to win for the man your playing for or could you care less if he’s fired and replaced….

  6. GoneGator Says:

Y’all calling for Todd’s head need not try and climb back on board the ship you jumped from.

If you thought, and publicly stated, Todd is a “loser” (imbecile, etc etc etc) then stick with your wiseass opinion as the season progresses. Don’t act like you really didn’t say, or think the things you have.

  7. ModHairKen Says:

    Totally confident.

The players respect him. They play hard for him. One bad game this year: Denver. The rest of the time, they’ve given great effort.

They’ve survived injuries to their two best players. And this team is missing some pieces. No one on Defense with attitude. Need better LBs. DBs are average except for Winfield, who has been hurt.

    Schedule has been tough.

  8. Colin in Canada Says:

Bowles is not going anywhere. Bucs fans are way too negative. The grass is not always greener.

  9. Curse of Gruden Says:

Confident the guys will play for him.
No confidence in his game management.
    Bucs could do worse.

  10. Weebs10 Says:

The most obnoxious/negative tend to be the loudest and it gets old. Todd is not perfect but I like seeing some comments and votes of support. The players love him and he seems like a solid dude. This year’s schedule has been brutal and we’ve had a ton of injuries and yet we’re still in the hunt. He’s also had a deal with dead cap his entire tenure so we can pay off the glorious Brady years. If he finishes strong this year and gets us in the dance again, I’d sure love to see him with a healthy, fully funded roster. Look out!! Just work on your clock management and be more aggressive on offense Todd.

  11. Tbbucs3 Says:

Todd Bowels is improving as a coach, but still has some flaws

But playoffs or not he is absolutely not getting fired unless something drastic happens like the bucs losing out

I don’t understand the fans that want Liam Cohen to be a head coach after one year. That would likely resolve in another three years of Dirk Koetter and a Dave Canales situation in Carolina.

And if he doesn’t improve after next year, then you can let them go

  12. Tbbucs3 Says:

Give credit where credits due, Todd Bowels has helped give the Bucs stability when everyone thought we’d be in rebuild mode in the post Brady era.

  13. MelvinJunior Says:

Absolutely amazing that over 42% is at least now “confident.” What was that number before last weeks game… Maybe, 18%!? THE most ‘whacked out’ nut-job fan base I have ever seen. Hell, I saw people SCREAMING to fire HIM after just the ‘second’ damm GAME, after praising HIM for the entire WEEK before, then praising HIM AGAIN, over the next 2-3 weeks… Before, demanding his firing, & etc. all over again, for the past MONTH. It’s SO ridiculous. At least be consistent. Come-on. He is what HE IS. Nothing changes. Great Dude. NOT a great/elite Head Coach. We can do A LOT better 💯.

  14. Davenport Says:

What would give anyone any confidence in this guy?

Barely a .500 coach with the Bucs — is the bar really that low?

  15. BucsBeast Says:

I’ll keep it going. Bucs lose to the Panthers, it should be bye bye Bowles.

  16. Buc4evr Says:

Confidence in Coen, the guy is great. No confidence at all in Bowles, he always loses the big games due mainly to his absolutely stupid decisions. I hope he proves me wrong, but his past history gives me little hope. Bucs can never be an elite team when he is getting outcoached on a regular basis. I have consistently given him a low rating this season and last season, even when the Bucs were winning. The guy isn’t getting the Bucs to the SB.

  17. Bucben1961 Says:

42% have confidence in Todd…who conducted this poll Ann Selzer

  18. Tye Says:

‘is the bar really that low?’

For many of these fans, sadly yes….
They would rather lose with Bowels than to win with anyone else!

You know who else is barely . 500 ?

    Kyle Shanahan
    Dan Campbell

Seam Mcvay is under . 600

W-L records only tell part of the story.
    1st, he coached the Jets!
How many winning seasons have they had in the last 20 years?

He inherited a TB team expected to suck last place and enter a full rebuild, after Jason and ccompany sold the future for a couple of Brady years…. And he won the division and won a playoff game. He laid a foundation to compete NOW last year and is building on it this season!

We are a much better team this year than last…anyone can see that in spite of the W-L record.

If we can stay healthy we CAN play with anybody. Everybody knows that. We were supposed to be the worst in the league, remember? Sorry, but if you’re going to blame him for ALL our problems then give the mofo credit for HIS team exceeding everyone’s expectations last year and having us in a position to make a run this year.

Honestly can’t see how people blame him for any losses. Just as easily any losses could be blamed on Baker, or Bucky, or Liam, or the refs, or bad luck.

    Zoom out 🙄

  20. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

Players love him, but he’s the worst in game coach in the league and that won’t change. He makes stupid mistakes in close games routinely.
