My biggest fear is they give Toad Bowels, using injuries as an excuse, another year, and Coen walks for a HC gig.

Its not a matter of if he will be fired but when he will be fired. He’s just not a good head coach

Simplest way to put it.
Defense has no identity.
Defense has given up Record setting games.
Defense cost us at least 3 games this year alone.
Defensive play calling is horrible while blaming communication.
Zero pass rush.
EXTREMELY POOR GAME MANAGEMENT.

Good guy, good DC and sometimes a decent HC. But I have zero confidence the Bucs will be a true SB contender with Bowles at the helm. And that is what it’s all about.

Todd Bowles doesn’t believe in using 1st half timeouts, even though his kicker is usually good from 50 yards out. He should be fired for that alone, but also his defensive scheme is as bad as the Smith Brothers this year (Lovie & Mike).

5-2 or better and he stays….
If he can get this team to finish 5-2 maybe he’s worth keeping
Sitting at 4-6 with a run of kick in throat losses, it seems difficult to feel confident with getting to 5-2 or better
And, 5-2 still misses the playoffs

Bucs will win at least five of their last seven because of how bad the defenses are they are facing. Still need a coaching change or 2025 will be a 3-4 win season.

80% of respondents have little to no confidence in Todd Bowles… You dont survive that. Id be totally shocked if he manages 5 more wins this year.

Yep. Exactly, what I was gonna say… I can’t see how any coach survives with only 18% of the fan base having ‘confidence’ in them. That’s pretty grim. Brutal. With that said, I really don’t get the level of just flat-out HATE. Was thinking about this the other day, while driving down the road and listening to WDAE. Then, thinking about all of the over the top comments on here, with ‘personal’ attacks, Etc. I mean, it’s like WHY… What has HE done to YOU!? Just the amount of ANGER. It’s ridiculous. You might not like him as our HC (and neither do I), but DAMN… Todd Bowles is a GOOD MAN. And, has A LOT of respect from ALL of his players, as well as, all around the LEAGUE. It doesn’t make ANY sense to me. Seems like a good dude and a DAMN GOOD ‘father’ and human being, who is (I’m sure) doing the very best HE can 💯.

He’s NOT a “Mark Stoops” (Kentucky)… An cocky, arrogant, self-centered, bitter, narcissistic person with ZERO ‘self-awareness’ who always makes excuses and places blame on his coaches and players (including the refs and FANS). And, has VERY little respect (if any at all) from his players. You won’t see any players going to bat and fighting THEIR aces off FOR HIM… But, YOU WILL for Todd. There is a reason why.

It’s called RESPECT. And he deserves that same level of “respect” from YOU. Because, I am 💯 certain that’s exactly how HE would treat EVEN YOU. It’s completely fine to be pissed and to criticize, but keep it REAL. The amount of disrespect he has received by some is just uncalled for. I don’t believe he should be the Head Coach for next season, either. Unfortunately for him we have been extremely ‘cash-strapped’ and absolutely destroyed by the “Brady-Cap Hit,” etc. He is doing the best he can with what he’s got. But, it’s time to hand over the keys to a younger generation with some much needed newly injected ENERGY. It is what it is. IF, he is retained as HC for next season, then that is NOT on HIM. That is on the FO. Direct all of your hate and disrespect where it belongs… On THEM.

rookie offensive coordinator has done a better job with key injured players than bowles has. injuries cant be an excuse.
