Bucs win and they stun the NFL world. Bucs lose and they drop to a sad 4-5 record.

Coen has done a great job this year and is obviously extremely limited by the lack of talent at WR, but don’t just run up the middle in obvious running situations like you’re low IQ Leftwich.

Normally I’d agree with that, however, the offense isn’t moving the ball well – Baker has back to back runs meaning he’s probably tired, and the Bucs get the ball to start the 2nd half.
This is a very rare case where I’m OK with the conservative call, and think it was the right one. If you give the ball back there, with their TO’s left, they almost certainly get a TD on the short field.

People can complain about the defense all they want, but you have complete trash at corner, and this is a heck of an effort. They could not have the offense go 3 and out the last drive, the defense is complete spent. How Bowles is too stupid to know this I do not know. I said in the first half I had no issues with punting, but that last 4th and 2, there’s no chance this defense, coming off a long drive, is going to make a stop, the Bucs should have went for it, I don’t care if it was at the Tampa 12.

It’s a scoring play, Bowles can’t throw the flag.
Also, the rule is any part of the body is behind the line, it’s legal – and while his arm was over the line, the rest of him was not, so it was the correct call. I always thought, as a kid, it was if any part went over the line, not sure if they changed it or if it was always that way.
