  1. Stanglassman Says:

Wagner may have played on a better overall defense but LVD is a better ILB. That’s why he got the probowls. Go look up the stats. Wagner has a few more games started. More assisted tackles that’s it. LVD forced fumbles is like 10 to ratio. LVD has more solo tackles and TDs. I think there interceptions are about the same.

    LVD is HOF

    Enjoyable podcast!

Wow, led in sacks. Excited about Braswell. Good to hear that Licht said they are working with Wirfs.

Also thinking too that Gregory was a low risk at the time. We have no idea what is going on with his NFL litigation and probably another reason why Bowles is keeping quiet. In the real world, if myself or anyone of us didn’t show up to our job, most of us would be warned and then fired. That’s why this may have something to do with the lawsuit. Unsure how that works with the NFL.

My feeling is that Devin had a lot going on in his head with his dad’s sudden death and all that. If it was about a bad attitude in the locker room, then maybe the new scenery could be a help to him. I guess we will find out this season.

The Bucs locker room right now does seem to have chemistry. Optimistically, we will see more production this season.

The number of pro bowls should not be a requirement for choosing HOF players. Lavonte David has one pro bowl, but shouldn’t matter. At the same time, I think Mike Evans has had ten pro bowls. Evans deserves to be in the HOF too. It’s about their successes in actual games. The pro bowl players are chosen by coaches, players, and fans. Seems unbalanced to have it as a rule for HOF.

Agree with the solid kick-off return players mentioned.
