Hey Ira and Joe, plus the crazy Joe:
Is there any way you could publish a transcript for podcasts? I ask because I listen to these pods, but sometimes due to work and life, I can’t sit and listen.
I’d love for a transcript to be available so I could slowly read the cast in its entirety, at a pace appropriate for me.
Otherwise, keep up the good work, gentlemen!!! Love the work you guys do.

Good interview …
Tykee Smith
I really like this draft from top to bottom, but I thought he was the Bucs best pick of the draft. Cool to hear that’s the early take inside One Buc. He’s got AWJ potential. He makes game changing plays. He’s a baller.

Agreed, looks good for our 3rd round picks.
McMillen, Tykee, Bucky, and others are starting strong and we will see more when they get the pads on. Feeling really good about Tykee after listening to you. Ronde will help him too.
Yes, Baker is in his prime and he will be even better this season.
Hope you are right and there will be a change in policy. Let the fans back in for several training camps. Thank you for keeping the issue relevant.

I am really excited about the talent level of the WR group. Kudos to Licht! That will make up for the lack of depth at TE. I wonder if the build-up at WR will be a preview for the kind of offense that Liam Coen will run. For example, should we expect to see three-receiver sets on a regular basis?

Maybe it’s just me but the content of the podcast is pretty good, the audio and production value is pretty bad.
