Todd Bowles turned our exciting to watch, super bowl winning, top 5 scoring, no risk it no biscuit offense into a dumpster fire in just ONE season of being a head coach. And our defense is average at best. I hope the Glazers NEVER hire a defensive minded head coach again!

There are multiple reasons he should be fired. My main gripe is that I cannot believe that we have not made Chris Godwin an integral part of 3rd down playcalling this year. He single-handedly got us to the Super Bowl by catching third down passes and extending drives.

I’m “totally confident” that if the Bucs get beat at home, by a rookie, that this will be the beginning of the end. With the end being the day after the regular season.
One more loss, and it’s draft talk baby! It was so nice to have Tom Brady for three years and not have to think about how much we absolutely suck, and are light years from the playoffs. Here’s to hoping it’s not 13 more years til our next playoff appearance like last time, before Brady.

I like Todd Bowles. But his time with the Bucs has come and gone. I’m even sure he knows that. He probably already has started to pack his bags figuring out his next move. And secretly has told many of his coaches to be prepared. Blow up the coaching staff and get us a new forward thinking GM.

Above average, and I would sit here and argue the “weapons for Winston” were successful in the way of luring Tom Brady town, allowing him to hoist a Lombardi, damn near get another, and throw for fam near 15k yards.
The GM is alright. The coach and the coaching is lackluster. Love Bowles defensive mind, just not sure he’s the captain for this ship.

I can think of 3 totally confident voters: oneilsuckyall, zzbuc & Wyoming Joe. In the past I’d include Defense Rules but of late he to has jumped ship. Welcome to the other side DR, the grass is greener.

Leave Licht alone. He built the roster that attracted Brady. He’s also 1 for 2 on head coach hires – Koetter was a mistake, but bringing in Arians was brilliant. He didn’t pick Bowles, Arians did (it was a GIANT mistake of ownership to allow an exiting coach to pick his replacement. No smart business does this.)

This is so dumb for you guys to put this out. Is this so you can chat about it on the pod? The sky is falling Tampa to most fans, obviously this is the reaction, it would be the reaction to about 75% of the head coaches in the NFL given our start. When you don’t have the best track record, you simply have nothing to go by but past performances.
People simple hate context. Bowles is terrible, players just need to be coached up more, blah blah blah, I’ve been hearing this sh!t for 15 years. Fact is, this isn’t a good football team, we’re trying to do a lot with a little, and the super bowl years cost us $78M in dead Cap, $35M+ we’re payin for this year. We have some lean years ahead to get back to black. This team overachieved early, and we’re seeing the results of what this team really is. Hang in there fanbase, firing coaches doesn’t always pan out.

BRADY…YES BRADY brought in SUH, AB, LENNY and GRONK just off the top of my head. Not Jason. JL is NOTHING without Tom. Nothing but another name in the books. No way Jason gets another coach/rebuild. Hell to the naw.
We won Powerball with Brady. No way does JL get that LUCKY again.

I voted “Confident”. Hear me out. What choice do we have?! He’s the HC, I’m a Bucs fan and I want my team to win. It’s not like they’re going to suddenly install Jim Harbaugh before the game!
Again, I want to win!
That said, Bowles had better get it together. This team looks anything but inspiring.

Bucsfanman@ Joe cannot grant you 3 wishes if you vote in his poll. Voting totally confident doesn’t make Bowles any better if he wins 4 more games this season. He should not be coaching any longer in the NFL. The Arians experiment failed.

I really wanted it to work out. He still has the rest of the season but it’s going to take a miracle lead by the defense.
The only way I approve him staying is a playoff birth with a top 5-8 physical legit defense the rest of the way or wtf are we doing here. This is not an elite defense right now or close to it. Their lower PPG stats most the year are super deceiving to actual performance.

Bowles has lost my confidence completely. I have zero expectations that Bowles can turn this around. If your a defensive minded head coach and your defense goes out and gets obliterated by a rookie qb. I mean record setting obliteration. How does a defensive head coach lose when the offense puts up 37pts. He should resign.

Bucs arent a free agent destination anymore. The bucs did nit have a winning team it was brady who brought over gronk, AB, fournette, mason on offense

Please try to leave the poll up longer. Add 1 more to no confidence. Time to fire them all and start over with a 21st Century Offensive Minded Head Coach. Hire Derrick Brooks as General Manager or VP of Football Operations.
Ambivalent about Licht. He needs to address his obvious weaknesses if he’s to stay. Pick up a decent running back like Braelon Allen out of Wisconsin if he comes out. Big and powerful back. Only 19 and 6’2” and 245 lbs. Quality player and person!

Offense that averages a Field Goal better than the Jets and a Touchdown better than the Giants. Sitting around the lower third of the league with a defense that has given the ball to the Offense 8 more time than the O has pissed it away.
Predications for Sunday are Bucs hold Titans to less than 20 and Score 21 themselves. Based on Buccaneer’s points average it looks like they get one more drive that ends in a dismal Field Goal. Maybe even 7 of them.
