Bucs Injury Report Grows

November 10th, 2023

New starter added.

Concerning injury report issued late yesterday afternoon by the Bucs as a new starter was added to the list.

Defensive tackle Calijah Kancey ended up on the report with a quad injury. He was limited in practice yesterday. With the Bucs’ pass rush p!ss poor (yeah, broken record) the Bucs need both Vita Vea and Kancey on the field Sunday against the Titans.

Wide receiver Trey Palmer has a neck injury and was limited Wednesday. Now, he is also sick and did not practice Thursday.

Wide receiver Deven Thompkins (personal) and Vea (groin) were both full participants yesterday.

Cornerback Carlton Davis (toe) and defensive back Josh Hayes (concussion) missed their second straight practice.

Left guard Matt Feiler (knee), right tackle Luke Goedeke (foot) and defensive lineman Logan Hall (groin) were all limited on Thursday.

One certainly could add Suh to get a quality HOF’er to add some much needed pass rush , but that would take a quality GM.

  3. Cleanhouse Says:

Agreed- should have never let Suh walk. All time great- soft defense ever since

  4. Joe Says:

Agreed- should have never let Suh walk.

Think he’s out of football now.

  5. Proudbucsfan Says:

Anyone want to place any bets on Derrick Henry gashing us for 180 2 touchdowns. Will Levi’s throwing for 2 touchdowns ?

  6. Tbbucs3 Says:

Wow it’s almost like we could really use Sean Murphy Bunting and Rakeem Nunez Roaches right now….instead we get Zyon McCollum and Greg Gaines.

Look for Jason Licht created issues to plague this team on Sunday.

  7. Drunkinybor Says:

Suh? Must be stuck in the past thinking he would help. Fact is the defense just stinks 🦨😩 Looks like the Glazers are going to make a run at Bellicheat. You Can’t be the head coach also the D.C. have played D.B. and was the secondary coach for the Jets, Browns, Cowboys,Eagles and Dolphins and have a secondary play so horribly inept and keep your job. That means the team has given up on him. They don’t listen to his voice anymore. Thank God for Tom Brady those were some fun seasons

  8. Bring back the lawn chairs Says:

When the Bucs were handing out raises, I wonder what was going on when they doled out copious amounts of doubloons to their not so star studded corner backs? I’d liked to have been a fly on that wall in that discussion.

  9. MerryPlankster777 Says:

    Suh.. Shuh!

Suh would not return to this D. It looks softer than a Bowl of mashed potatoes. Mmmm

  10. Crunchbuc76 Says:

Who cares. Fire Licht. Fire Bowles.

  11. D Cone Says:

Not saying what one might be doing but any player that has upper level talent is going to end up signing a fat deal down the line. For every year they can sit out with minor ‘injuries’ on their Rookie Deal they will get extra time on the tail end at 20 million plus. Maximize their career earnings substantially.

  12. President Canales Says:

The Titan drubbing will begin shortly!

    Not looking good.

    Go Bucs.

  13. BucU2hel Says:

Guys don’t act like other teams weren’t lined up ready to sign Dean and Davis. If I recall correctly both were top rated free agents

  14. rickym Says:

Line up Licht & Bowles then FIRE THE CANNONS!

  15. Brandon Says:

Low IQ fans think Suh can be effective forever.

  16. Toad Bowels Says:

    Suh

  17. Bucs'n'Bucks Says:

There sure are a lot of quad and groin injuries this year. Did a coach forget to teach these guys how to stretch?

See how easy that was to stay on topic?

  18. unbelievable Says:

@tbbucs – you do know there is this thing called the salary cap, right?

Can’t keep em all. If we could, we’d still have Jordan Whitehead too.

  19. Mike Johnson Says:

Honey, would you please cut up some cheese to go along with this whine? And turn up the volume on that music. I luv them violins.

  20. Tbbucs3 Says:

    Unbelievable

Mike Edwards, Logan Ryan, Keanu Neal, Roaches, and Murhpy Bunting were all affordable players that made key impact on the defense last year. No excuse for Licht to give all that up especially considering the guys he replaced them with are trash.

Ryan Neal is currently making more than Mike Edwards and is a whole lot worse.

  21. optimisticbucsfan Says:

but but but Licht is a GENIUS

    Where’s the poll?

  22. BucsFanSince76 Says:

Actually Joe Suh was interviewed on the Rich Eisen show and said ALL options are on the table.
Suh is all about the dollars-if you pay then he will play.

  23. Lightning Buc Says:

“Bring back Suh, bring back JPP” OMG, might as well bring back Sapp and Brooks. There’s a reason Suh and JPP aren’t on a roster, they’re OLD. Quit living in the past.
