“Can (Mayfield) put the Bucs on his back?”
I think it’s clear he already has. This team is 0-7 without Mayfield’s scrambling and improvisation.
Mayfield is top #10 in EPA and #15 in QBR.
…with one of the league’s worst rushing attacks and the #24 ranked time of possession, and he’s also been re/injured since the New Orleans game

I think the 59 yard field goal issue was the wind, they were waiting to see if the wind would let up for long enough to attempt a field goal, you can see Camarga saying “no” repeatedly until the play clock ran out.
