All Ears On Tiki Barber And Matt Ryan

Former Bucs nemesis Matt Ryan.
Joe suspects some T will be spilled tomorrow during the Bucs-Vikings broadcast on CBS.
It’ll be a three-man booth with two analysts: Tiki Barber (Ronde’s brother) and former Falcons and Colts quarterback Matt Ryan calling his very first game.
Barber knows the Bucs well, gets plenty of inside dirt from Rondé and sometimes says things he’s not supposed to say. Ryan brings the perspective of playing against the Todd Bowles version of the Bucs defense six times through the 2019, 2020 and 2021 seasons.
Tiki Barber and Ryan also will sit down with Bucs officials and players today as part of their TV production meetings. Barber talked about that during his WFAN radio show yesterday.
Usually, Joe has little use for the game analyst unless he has a real connection to the Bucs or true knowledge of the team. On Sunday, Bucs fans should get that kind of quality insight. — times 2.

Still holding out hope someday the networks give you an “SAP” button feature to switch off the broadcasters, so all you hear is the game and crowd noise.

Actually Vegas is saying “Please bet on the Vikes-we are taking too much action on Tampa”. The line opened at 7 and has been hammered down to 5. The sharps will weigh in tomorrow , so we will see where it ends up , but there is action aplenty on the Bucs side.

BrandonBuc – How is this team horrible ? Have you seen “This” team play yet ? Nobody has ! Every year , all the so called gurus pick teams from the previous years record. They don’t factor in that parity in the NFL is the best in all major sports. Fake fans , like YOU , that listen to the blowhard media and actually believe it are not true fans. We lost Brady , and a bunch of old, washed up, can’t stay healthy players , and replaced them with a good group of young players who have a chance to be successful and great. But you , and fans like you , don’t do your homework or at least set back and give them a chance , before you fart out of your mouth ! You are the horrible fan , so take the Buc off the end of Brandon and replace it with ” Brandon Browns ” or ” Brandon AINTS ” 🤔

I am not as big a fan of TV analysts as you Joe.
Most of the time they are ill prepared and or ridiculous. I’ve caught Tiki a few times and…nothing special. Ryan? Do the networks actually hire professional broadcast guys? No disrespect to Ryan but sometimes I think the network execs have lost their collective minds. Loved guys like Tony Siragusa because of his personality foremost then his football mentality and knowledge. Alex Karas back in the day was also a favorite.
