Thanks for the podcast. 1982 last time the Bucs had 1st three draft picks with hands in the dirt was interesting.
Any word from you guys on whether Jensen is recovered from his knee injury?

Great points, Ira, about not going after a Tackle and a Running Back. The mocks had the Bucs getting Anton Harrison, so what happened? Are we putting any faith in Sean Tucker, an undrafted free agent? What are the chances that GM Licht goes after a free agent Running Back? Except for Fournette, who is left? I would feel better had he not wanted to leave.

Imo, I think you’re not giving enough credit to Leftwich and his play shyte play calling. Rashad never got enough snaps, and if Fournette was truly injured and BL was still running him instead of White, well that’s on BL. You can’t really blame white for BL’s incompetence. And, our line was not good at run blocking in any way shape or form.

Didn’t they draft K State CB Josh Hayes to compete for nickel not to mention Chris Izien, S/Rutgers & Kaevon Merriweather, S/Iowa UFA.

D13Kemperer has a typically dumb take.
We got a couple additions on offense, but our defense needed bodies to be what we need it to be. This is not a setup to get draft a QB next year. They’re aiming to win. Not that they won’t draft a QB next year. Frankly, the negativity is predictable.

Yeah, okay, just trade for a starting left tackle, simple right? Jeezus, that’s effing dumb… Where the hell is the cap space to absorb a left tackle salary? And who the hell is trading away good left tackles? And what the hell do we have to give up to get one? Just shaking my head. It’s not that simple.

There are about 5 teams with both tackles that are good and over 25 teams looking to get 2 good tackles.
Glad we did not reach in this draft class for a “left tackle”. Bad draft for left tackles after Paris Johnson was gone.

Listening to D’Kemper really gives me a headache, I couldn’t even finish the podcast because of his squawking!!! Bro shut up, that’s why coaches and you do whatever it is that you do D’kemper. Wirfs has all the tools to he a great LT an him moving to the left is a fantastic idea. Like Ira said, if in training camp he isn’t looking good then you make a move.
