Report: Playoff Lenny Should Play

Update.
[UPDATE: 2:27 a.m.] Against a strong defense, the Bucs need all hands on deck.
It seems perhaps their best running back is ready to take the field.
Playoff Lenny was listed on the injury report as questionable for today’s game at San Francisco with a foot injury. But it seems per uber NFL insider Adam. Schefter, Playoff Lenny will tough it out.
That helps. The Bucs need every available talent this afternoon.
[UPDATE: 2:27 a.m.] Ian Rapoport of NFL Network Twitters that Akiem Hicks, also questionable with a foot injury, will play this afternoon.

Good news to have Lenny available, but injuries almost always impact on-field performance in some way. Pain has a way of getting your attention. Hopefully Lenny can power his way through it & the Bucs don’t overtask him.

NFL Network just published an article about Brady. It’s finally out that he’s been dealing with a finger and shoulder injury. This has definitely affected his accuracy. He’s not “washed.” Hopefully, Brady’s family will have an intervention with Tommy and tell him it’s time to hang it up after the season. Brady has an addition to football and it’s time for the people who loves him to tell him it’s enough.

DR, they have drugs for temporary pain relief. Hicks huh? Is Suh on the questionable list today? I doubt it. Shanahan has been winning for years with Jimmy G a slightly above average QB, Shanahan should have no problem out schememing Bowels & Leftnut.

FYI, current HC ranking 2022 Bowels comes in 23rd, even the Chargers HC ranks above him and he’s also killing that team. There were two surprises, McDaniels and Campbell ( he may change, he is on a winning streak).

Why? Him and giselle are done . He cares about his kids. Giselle prolly not so much . Especially since it looks like she may have been bobbing for apples with her trainer / ufc guy. Heck, He may have ended it with her. So he will get kids with her for half the year. Football season is half a year
The oldest son is split with bridgette monahan. So they share custody too so he sees half a year. Football season is half a year.
He loves playing football. He loves competing. He loves staying in shape. Anyone that has played sports at a high level would love to do that as their full time job. If he can play until he is 50 at a high level then good for him. He is the exception to the rule.
He would want what ? Good line ( jensen back next year or this year) and weapons: all 3 receivers under contract and rookie Otton to be better / stronger next year. And dont forget lenny and a year two rachaard white who seems to get better as season goes on. Oh and a solid defense which we need better pass rushers but injuries happen and shoyinka is only situational
The only thing that would make him jump ship is the coaching. Unfortunately he likes leftwich as a person i am sure. But behind the scenes realizes he is not worthy of todays nfl
I still think the most likely alternative is san fran. They are stacked. He could go there and win a super bowl. But is that even an option with being west coast. The feeling that its so far from his kids when he can get to the in minutes by plane to miami and a few hours to new york.

Bucs will have to play an almost perfect game today way out West. That Niner Defense will be coming. You can take that to the bank. Our only hope is our O line plays its very best game. And our D line somehow comes to life. I am not picking my Bucs in my office pool. And I do hope my football pool is wrong.

Why can’t Brady change the plays to help us win? I looked at the 49ers injury list. Yeah, their main QB broke his foot. But the other guys out are defense. Plus, their main D weapon has a bad hammie. We are all too familiar with those injuries. So, even with Wirfs out and our banged up secondary, Bucs have a chance.
