Devin White: “We’re Not Losing Another Game”

This is the kind of stuff Joe learns listening to the Bucs Kickoff podcast with Rock Riley every week.
Riley patrols the locker room all week and shares his seasoned and reasoned observations on the podcast, in addition to various need-to-know stuff before a given week’s kickoff.
Today, Riley shared a 1-on-1 conversation he had with Buccaneers savior linebacker Devin White, who twice was adamant with Riley that the Bucs would not lose another game this season. “We’re not losing another game!”
Joe likes the attitude from White. The defense should be confidence since it’s playing at such a high level. And the Bucs could sure use some of their old swagger back.
Talk doesn’t win games, but the Bucs will need a won’t-be-beat mentality to succeed in January.

What should happen today: Defense leads the way, gets some turnovers, offense plays smart and moves the chains, Bucs win 24-10.
What will happen today: Offense goes 3 and out repeatedly, defense wears out and gives up stupid toss-up plays to the rookie quarterback and gets run on, Bucs trail throughout and Brady has to pull another miracle save out of his backside (assuming the coaches don’t completely sabotage him).

Bucs probably don’t win this game, on the road (Westcoast trip) after a Monday night game. If they do win, I will be impressed, despite the 9ers playing a unknown at QB They could win the SB will Dillfer at QB with the team they have.

Yeah, just words. After 12 games, you are what you are. The offense has been junk all year. If they give Brady the reigns, I suppose it’s possible. That won’t happen though. It would take a mea culpa from both Bowles and BL. They know the division is all but assured, so they can both continue living in fantasy land.

Bucs king, SF has the best defense in the league, and the 10 ranked offense. Yes they are starting a rookie QB, but to say they aren’t that good is just plain wrong.
