Joe is indescribably happy to bring you a Kay Adams video discussing an upcoming Bucs game.
When she left NFL Network this spring, Joe thought that Adams was done talking football on TV. Unless she was on one of those dopey pregame shows which are a complete and total bore and a waste of electricity.
Earlier this week, Joe brought you the sad history of drama queen Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in Tampa. He has a losing record playing at The Licht House, and you must remember that prior to 2020, Rodgers and the Packers were playing godawful Bucs teams in the throes of the Lost Decade.
The one game Rodgers and the Packers beat the Bucs in Tampa, Rodgers couldn’t even break 20 on lousy Lovie Smith’s horrendous defense. Rodgers blamed his poor showing on the turf. Yes, really. (He injured his leg in the game but didn’t miss a snap). And he whined about the turf for days afterward.
Back to Kay Adams who frankly is more pleasing to the eyes than Rodgers, with his greasy long hair and lumberjack beard.
Adams, on her weekday morning show, “Up and Adams,” seen on the cable channel FanDuelTV, explains how Rodgers is a veritable interception machine when he plays in Florida.
In Rodgers’ last 34 regular season games (two full seasons and two games this season), he has a total of 10 interceptions. In his career, Rodgers has played eight games in the Sunshine State and tossed 11 picks.

Howard saw a recent meme where happy faced Rodgers was pictured next to somber faced TB12 with the caption “Eat ice cream. It’s not worth it.”
LOL. BS. It is very very very much worth it it if you have the self discipline. Anyone who trades years off their life for the rat poison that we’re fed is misguided at best.

If the New Orleans game taught us anything, it should’ve been that history doesn’t mean squat when 2 good teams play each other. Rodgers’ 11 INTs are water under the bridge come Sunday.
So is Tampa’s historically vaunted run defense unfortunately. Every team has to stand on its’ own merits, and Green Bay’s strength right now appears to be its’ run game. Stopping that will be Job #1, followed closely by controlling their short passing game. And that could be even harder to do given Rodgers’ ability to scramble outside the pocket and extend plays. Of course, could say the same thing about Mahomes who we’ll face the following week.

In Karen’s defense, he had Mike McCarthy as head coach for 10 years. Probably the worst coach to win a SB in NFL history. He’s been laughable as the cowgirls coach so far.

In other news. I’m not feeling to good about JTS, he reminds me a lot of Gaines Adams(RIP). Just always getting thrown out of the play, and not playing with the proper leverage. They both are like the exact same body type, now Gaines was taken a lot higher(3rd overall if memory serves), but with the expectations placed on Joe, he has yet to show much. It’s early, and I’m hoping he can turn it around, but color me skeptical!

Everything I read so far is that she unilaterally wanted to leave because she thought she had a great chance to be the host of Amazon Prime Video’s “Thursday Night Football” pregame.
But I do agree that Kay was better on GMFB than Jamie Erdahl is right now.

Joe and his algorithm that does not allow certain words or phrases popped up again.
Gaines Adams with 12.5 sacks, 35 QB hits and 10 TFL in his 1st two seasons with Bucs.
Fans and media likely unfairly claimed he looked like he was slacking that 3rd year. But what we now know is that Gaines Adams had an undiagnosed enlarged heart likely causing him to have less energy than world class athletes.
This affected his play in his final year with the Bucs and Bears. Again, the original comment did not take.
RIP Gaines Adams.

Gaines was actually pretty good his rookie year. We were hoping he would be our next Simeon, but Raheem sent him to the Bears. It def was horrible what happened to him short after with the condition, he def seemed like a great dude. Who knows what he could’ve become. I’m not giving up on Tryon, it just seems like he has a long way to go.

DR nailed it. Stuff the run and keep contain discipline on the pocket. Karen won’t have Watkins for this game so he’s left with talented but unproven rookies and a very good run game.
