I voted not sure because it’s entirely dependent on what the draft board looks like. The variable would be a trade-up for a player on the board if the team sees players rapidly disappearing from their own board. A trade down would mean that all the players they desired and realistically had a shot at and their slot was gone. I think that’s unlikely.
Don’t trade out. Get a starter right away. That would mean defense, such as CB/S (Booth, Cine) or DT (Wyatt, Hall). One of those guys should be available.
If we are getting at least an extra third round pick this year, or a first next year (I’d straight up give away our first round pick this year in exchange for a sorry teams first next year) then yes unless Davis or Olave fall to us.
It’s a draft that is thin at the top, thick in the middle. If you can work a 1st into a mid-2nd and a mid-3rd, and maybe 6th, that’s a deal, in this draft, you likely take. It’s probably slightly undervalue, but again, there’s lots of good players in the middle there, just not a lot of great players at the top.
