“You Could Also Say It’s For Tom Brady”

March 10th, 2022

“Bruce, tell Jason to shut the light off.”

This is a story of three former Buccaneers quarterbacks and the most recent Tampa Bay gunslinger potentially landing with the 49ers.

It makes Joe physically ill to think of Tom Brady playing for another team after announcing he’s moved on from the Bucs. It would be different if Brady weren’t under contract, but he is. And Joe’s not one of those guys able to proclaim, ‘Brady should get to do whatever he wants because he’s Tom Brady and the Bucs owe him his freedom.”

Former Bucs quarterback Chris Simms is a close friend of 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan. They were college buddies and spent a couple of seasons together in the Bucs’ locker room when Shanahan was an assistant coach. Now an analyst for NBC, Simms doesn’t hide his close relationship with Shanahan and has acknowledged he knew the 49ers wanted Brady in 2020.

This week, Simms was barking that he believes the current Brady-to-the-49ers chatter is real, though Simms claims it’s not because Shanahan told him.

On The Dan Patrick Show, Simms noted that Brady was in San Francisco last week while Shanahan did not attend the NFL Scouting Combine, and Simms said the 49ers’ surprising hire of Brady’s college teammate, former Bucs QB Brian Griese, to be their quarterbacks coach feels like more than just adding a fresh face for second-year QB Trey Lance.

“You could also say it’s for Tom Brady, Simms said.

Simms added that six weeks ago he thought Brady was done but now he’s hearing too much to think Brady is set on retiring.

I don’t see it. Bucs might on to him or they might entice him to come back by making some moves on the defensive side of the ball.

  2. SB~LV Says:

    So …
What will the Bucs get out of the deal?
    Squeeze hard !

  3. New England Patriots Fan Says:

Please trade his rights, and get Jimmy or Watson and move on as an organization.

  4. Tampabaybucfsn Says:

We should get picks to release Brady….more if it’s a NFC team

  5. TiredBucsFan Says:

I didn’t like him when he was a patriot, when he came here I changed my mind about him. Now I’m starting to really dislike him. Too many games.

  6. Anonymous Says:

This story needs to die there’s literally no credibility behind any of this BS. Listen to Tampa sources they know they’re crap. Chris Simms knows jacksquat didly as does Mike Florio who is gonna get a pie in the face soon anyways literally.

  7. Demetrios Says:

What’s he worth considering the Wilson and Wentz trade??? They can’t afford him. And spare me the argument that the Bucs will release him because Brady wants to play for SF. That is football malpractice!

  8. sasquatch Says:

I am not getting sucked in… Brady is retired, and he is not un-retiring unless he says so explicitly and publicly. The rumor mill only serves to generate NFL clicks.

  9. Niles Says:

    “second-year QB Trey Lance”

He blows. Joe Montana said a few weeks ago that Lance is not ready. He had a QBR of 33.4 last season. But hey, he was overhyped into a 2021 first round pick so Joe loves him and would like to see him on the Bucs!!!

  10. Niles Says:

“Brady was in San Francisco last week while Shanahan did not attend the NFL Scouting Combine, and Simms said the 49ers’ surprising hire of Brady’s college teammate, former Bucs QB Brian Griese, to be their quarterbacks coach”

Tom will be in San Fransisco. Stop writing click bait articles about him.

  11. Francisco Guzman Says:

Would the bucs do a jimmy G for Brady swap? Idk. Maybe exchange a couple of pics.

  12. tampabayallday Says:

5 first round draft picks and a couple 2nd round draft picks and maybe take the deal

  13. New England Patriots Fan Says:

If Tom chooses not to retire June 2, Tampa cannot hold his cap hit without cutting or trading key stars as they have FA and draft classes to pay for.

He has not filed his paper work. It like an employee who says verbally I’m leaving, but my final day under employment is June 2.

Tampa cant even afford Tom/Gabbert at this point unless they start actually GMing and working contracts, trading high cap hits, which should’ve been done weeks ago so younger star players could return and a QB could be signed.

  14. J Dubb Says:

Like I saw another commenter post before, do the trade to receive draft compensation and then flip them to Houston for Watson…I really don’t think Jimmy G is the answer for this offence. At this point I would rather Gabbert over Jimmy G as he already knows the system.

  15. Listnfrmafar Says:

Stop holding on to the past. Brady will not play again for the Bucs. Now the Bucs can hang on to his rights and get nothing or let him go and get a 3rd or 4th round pick. Keep him tied up and nobody wins and most likely won’t sit well with other elite players in the league including his Bucs teammates. He fulfilled his contract with Bucs and took the extention to help the team. Those that want to hold Brady hostage are shallow and don’t appreciate what he did for the organization. That’s BAD business. If they let him go he praises his time with the Bucs as part of his legacy if not Bucs come off as greedy and not very player friendly.

Do the right thing. FREE BRADY!!!

  16. Cobraboy Says:

I have to say that as much as I appreciated Tom Brady for the two years he gave the Bucs, I am rapidly losing respect for him for not making his intentions perfectly clear.

@Listn: as usual, you are 100% wrong. Brady has NOT fulfilled his obligations with the Bucs.

Brady owes the Bucs one more year to fulfill his contract, regardless of *why* he chose to extend.

    FACT.

  17. tampabayallday Says:

TB12’s cap hit will be reduced if they place him on the retired/reserved list like Indy did for Andrew Luck

  18. BucsFanSince1976 Says:

Our #3 pick for their #1 next year or NO DEAL.

  19. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

According to Mike Florio, who is a lawyer, Brady can get out of his contract with us, if we don’t release him.
Brady can make the case that his contract was only to help us with the Salary Cap. And, if that does not work, Brady can make a case that we tampered with him, when he was still the Patriots property.
So, according to Florio, Arians can huff and puff all he wants about 5 first round draft picks.

Gronk usually goes where Brady goes, and I notice he has not signed anywhere else yet.
This whole situation is gonna be interesting to watch, because a whole lot of people feel that Brady did not leave Football, he left Tampa!

  20. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Listless

TB12 is an adult who signed and agreed to the terms of a contract. Per that contract he has not fulfilled his legal and contractual terms of that agreement.

These are facts that TB12 is extremely well aware of and one that he will follow in his life as a business owner of an entertainment company.

You can bet that TB12 holds his talent and employees to the terms of their agreed upon legal contract and that TB12 will not “free” his employees from that contract.

    That’s bad business.

  21. Anonymous Says:

“According to Mike Florio” you lost when you ever tried to acknowledge that clown.

  22. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Chris Apple Roofing

The penalty for tampering is a fine to the team, possible lose of draft picks and coach suspension. First time offense is a fine.

The Glazers are billionaires. Fines don’t bother them.

Trade a future draft pick to keep Brady is no big deal.

BA suspended means Leftwich or Bowles gets to intern as Head Coach.

    Brady has zero leverage.

  23. BelleGladeBuc Says:

In Tort Law, the judge only cares about the contract.

You will anger a judge who has a full docket by bringing up things outside of the contract.

Judges have scolded lawyers for bringing it up, saying if that was true, then why isn’t it in the contract? The judge then asks the lawyer why they are wasting the court’s time and that this case is only about what is in the contract that the two sides agreed to.

You don’t want to make the judge mad.

  24. Beeej Says:

Try to keep in mind that none of this is coming from Tom Brady. It is all media speculation during a time when real news is uncommon. A lot of this is media opinion.

Personally, I don’t think Brady is coming back…but if I’m wrong, I’m sure Licht will do whatever is right.

  26. SB~LV Says:

Whoever called Gisel horseface here is to blame

  27. HC Grover Says:

55 million to go. Broke Bucs lose the GOAT

  28. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says
“According to Mike Florio, who is a lawyer, Brady can get out of his contract with us, if we don’t release him.”

Mike Florio is actually wrong on that…and he knows he’s wrong. He’s just trying to keep the story alive. Keeping it alive keeps adding traffic to PFT.

  29. Francisco Guzman Says:

We will see what the bucs do in free agency. That might tell me a lot about Brady’s future.

  30. Cobraboy Says:

    Florio is full of BullPelosi.

  31. Bucsfanman Says:

This “story” just refuses to die!
The only thing to have come out of Brady’s mouth is that he’s retired. Am I wrong?
    So…

  32. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    HC Grover

Brady only carries dead cap space of $15m this year…but…if he officially retires, he has no cap hit at all. That frees up $15m-$29m of cap space.

  33. Chris K Says:

Patriot fan, what are you doing in here all the time sharing opinions and thoughts no Bucs fan cares to hear from a Patriot fan? Do you go on every teams fans sites and do the same? You think Patriot fans would give two sh*ts what a Raiders fan had to say on one of their sites? No? Exactly the same of here from Buccaneer fans to you. Have you tried kicking rocks? You might enjoy it.

  34. HC Grover Says:

Rogers got 50 Million. Brady is not gonna play for BA chump change. The Brokebuccos can not afford Brady and Gronk. The keys to the Super Bowl. We will end up with a thrift store QB Gabbert.

  35. HC Grover Says:

Imagine Brady with Gronk and Samuels to target. Who could beat them?

  36. Defense Rules Says:

Used to be a show on TV called ‘Spin City’. Didn’t realize it then, but it must’ve been filmed in Tampa. Almost everyone in this place has become delusional since Tom Brady ‘retired’. Well, maybe ‘retired’. But maybe not. Let’s see how many different ways we can spin it.

Cobraboy’s right, a contract’s a contract. BUT … folks shouldn’t try to spin it that he extended his contract to help the Bucs. Brady extended his contract to help Brady; by doing so, he freed up money that allowed us to sign the players who HE wanted on HIS team to compete for the 2021 Super Bowl. Strictly business (and a smart move on his part).

Tom Brady will not come back & play for the Bucs in 2022. Very simply, we’re not even close to being SB-ready. He MIGHT agree to play for some other team though that he decides actually is SB-ready. San Fran sounds like a logical choice. They’ve got some excellent players under contract, but they’re in worse shape salary CAP-wise than we are ($3.0 mil in salary CAP but with only 38 players under contract). Jimmy G is a big part of their problem though ($27.0 mil CAP hit in 2022) & I seriously doubt that he’s gonna be the one to lead them to the Promised Land. Enter … Tom Brady, stage right.

Brady, although ‘retired’, is still being carried on our roster, to the tune of $9.1 mil CAP hit this year, and he counts $15 mil Dead CAP. IF San Fran wants his rights, I’d sell them in a heartbeat for a 3rd Rnd pick this year (which we’d get for a comp pick next year anyways I believe) AND pay off the Dead CAP amount ($15 mil). No sense in being greedy, especially when we don’t really own him anyways (he’s ‘retired’).

  37. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

The real cap number the Bucs have has not actually been calculated yet, but consider this: All of our free agents will not be returning and that frees up the money they would have made. For example, JPP would have made $12.5m. He’ll likely retire, but even if he doesn’t, the Bucs can move on and have that money for someone else.

Of our 25 Unrestricted Free Agents, we really only NEED to bring back six of them.

Ryan Jensen, Ndamukong Suh, Ronald Jones, Carlton Davis, Alex Cappa, and Jordan Whitehead.

As much as I like JPP, we don’t honestly need him. Suh is a leader as well, and he’s actually more productive.

The rest of those free agents can sign cheap or move on…we don’t really need them. We can easily replace them…even Leonard Fournette (Jones is younger and cheaper, and he really isn’t that bad).

Let the others go. We need the cap room they freed up. A lot of great players will hit the market because teams are struggling with their cap.

  38. Jerry Says:

Arians already made it clear the Bucs will not let him go without a trade. Period. Brady has absolutely zero leverage in any of this. If San Fran wants him and Brady wants to come back, they can call up Licht anytime. But he will not walk away to win a Super Bowl with the 49ers with the Bucs getting nothing in return. End of story. Arians had made that very clear.

  39. Buc1987 Says:

Chris K….I’ve already tried to get through to these idiot Pats fans….apparently not bright enough to get it though.

Go away Patriot fans. We don’t care what you have to say about OUR freaking team.

  40. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    @Defense Rules

I like that idea. Heck, if they cover that dead cap space, I’d settle for a 4th rounder even.

  41. EricTheViking Says:

TB12 for JG and two 1st round picks. Done. LFG!!!

  42. Bucfan81 Says:

Someone needs to get John Lynch on the phone and tell him we are going to need 2 first round draft picks, 2 second round draft picks, George Kittle and Jimmy G. Maybe even throw in one of there stud defensive guys like Fred Warner. Getting the GOAT is not cheap.

  43. HC Grover Says:

This mess is just awful. I wonder if, but for the Bowles Blunder if we would have won the Super Bowl would we still be this broke and have these same problems?. Are all the problems because we are broke?

  44. Pewter Power Says:

Wanna give up draft picks let’s do it and make sure to include Lance

  45. adam from ny Says:

joe montana doesn’t want him in san fran…….lol

  46. David G Says:

    We get Garoppolo, 3-1s
t rd. picks, 2- 2nd round picks , Fred Warner and Kyle Juszczyk. They get Brady and 2- 3rd round picks

  47. Marine Buc Says:

Both SF and Indy are the two teams at the top of the TB12 list.

Indy just cleared their biggest hurdle – getting rid of Carson Wentz and his bloated contract (thanks DC)…

TB12 won’t play for a team who is not Super Bowl ready.

Both SF and Indy are in their Super Bowl ready windows…

  48. SB~LV Says:

    Is Tom Brady retiring ?
    Or is he pulling a
    Antonio Brown?

  49. WillieG Says:

This doesn’t make sense. They wanted him then, but he came to us. Why would he choose them now?

  50. catcard202 Says:

If the 49ers want TB12, they’d better be willing to send Trey Lance & Javon Kinlaw + 1st rd picks in 2022/2023 to get him…No way can I see Licht/BA just allowing Lynch to dump Jimmy G + a bunch cannon fodder for the GOAT.

  51. Im not tired anymore we Super Bowl Champs!! Says:

Why would Tom want to go to SF after they didn’t want him when they had the chance? Snooze you lose. Go Bucs!

  52. BA4President Says:

If he truly wants to go to SF, he can go in 2023. Problem solved.

  53. BUC IT Says:

I will forever be thankful that Brady played two seasons in Tampa. But with that being said… I will need a decent first round pick to trade him. It’s not personal but it’s business. He signed a contract, so he needs to honor it or that team needs to pay us.

  54. Anonymous Says:

Loser Arians and author here believes Tom Brady is an indentured servant to the Bucs because Brady was soft enough to extend his contract on paper for a year in order to allow the Franchise extra cap room last season. Brady took less last year to allow all the starters to be resigned. But no good deed goes unpunished as petty, egomaniac dotard Arians is butt hurt over the truthful implications that Brady wants to leave because Arians and other coaches didn’t run a tight ship which was the ultimate cause of lax defensive coaching and play during the all important final drive by the Rams which sent the Team home for the season.

Keep it up Arians and you will completely tarnish what little you have left of a legacy by your childish comments that you would keep the GOAT from playing for another team at all costs. Instead, you should be saying and doing everything you can to help Tom Brady do whatever the hell he wants to do next season and be thankful for everything he did for the Bucs in two years. Instead, you seem to be bent on spoiling the near mythical ascendancy of the 2020-21 Tampa Bay Buccaneers from rags to riches. Maybe you learned more from Bill Belichick than Tom Brady the last two years as it seemed that hubris finished neck to neck with injuries in dethrondethroning the NFL Champions.

  55. SufferingSince76 Says:

Saying it don’t make it so.

  56. Listnfrmafar Says:

Cobra, when Brady came to the Bucs he said he would give them 2 yrs, he did one better he got you a SB and a NFC title. The 3rd year was to help the team with cap space. He honored his commitment and made the Glazers a shat load of money in the process.

DumbBelle, you’re still a ass clown.

    FREE BRADY!!!

  57. Defense Rules Says:

Buccaneer Bonzai … ‘All of our free agents will not be returning and that frees up the money they would have made. For example, JPP would have made $12.5m. He’ll likely retire, but even if he doesn’t, the Bucs can move on and have that money for someone else.’

Uhhh Bonzai, I’m thinking that you & I took different math classes. You can’t free up money on players you don’t own, and half our roster from last season are FREE AGENTS. Last year is yesterday’s news; their salaries aren’t counted in this year’s salary CAP numbers. There are a couple of exceptions for players who had voided contracts (Suh), Dead CAP (several), but they’re NOT on the roster.

The JPP example doesn’t work. He’s not on our roster currently, and so his ‘cost’ to us is zero. By not re-signing him we save … zero. And yet, we still have to fund a replacement out of the few salary CAP $$$ we have available. In short, there is no pot of gold at the end of that rainbow.

  58. fern Says:

They want him pay for him simple as that

  59. Pigsueybucsfan Says:

Does SF even have any first rd picks in 2022 or 2023 didn’t they trade them to Miami last year to move up to get Lance?

  60. Rod Munch Says:

Well as Arians said, five 1st rounders to start.

I’ll knock it down to three 1sts, a 2nd and Trey Lance.

  61. Defense Rules Says:

Marine Buc … ‘Both SF and Indy are the two teams at the top of the TB12 list.’

Agree totally. SF knows that Jimmy G won’t get them a SB win, and Indy still has me scratching my head by trading Carson Wentz to Washington. Both of those teams are solid offensively & defensively, BUT … they NEED a Field General. Enter Tom Brady.

Neither team has to rush it though. They have until preseason starts to find a solution to their quandary. Watson doesn’t solve the QB problem for either team (they’re SB-ready but he isn’t). Nope, they’re both looking for Tom Brady (who may have REALLY retired BTW). JL’s playing a pretty good game of ‘Liar’s Dice’ right now (surely you played that in the Marines), BUT … it could backfire depending upon how Tom Brady plays HIS hand.

  62. Oxycodoms Says:

Trade beady and couple of picls for deshuan watson. Let texans trade
Brady to 49ers for more picks .

  63. Oxycodoms Says:

    Brady*

  64. Bucsfanman Says:

Tom Brady is RETIRED. The end.

  65. Niles Says:

    “Rod Munch Says:
I’ll knock it down to three 1sts, a 2nd and Trey Lance.”

Joe Montana – know who he is? – said recently that Trey Lance is not ready to play. Here are Montana’s exact words: “I don’t think Trey’s ready to play yet, myself, and after talking to some of the players.”

Indeed Lance had a QBR last season of 33.4. He sucks. Meanwhile, you constantly bash Trask and yet want this loser? You must be a Jameis-Winston-jersey-wearing FSU fan. LMAO.

  66. David Says:

If Brady does not want to play here again and wants to play one year in his hometown, then do it. Otherwise you get nothing and just force him to sit for a year.
    Get 2 -1st round
    and 2 -2nd round picks
    along with a D lineman

  67. Bobby M. Says:

I could see a scenario where the 49ers, Bucs and Texans swing a 3-team deal…..Bucs send Brady to San Fran for draft picks…..Bucs send package of draft picks to Texans…..Texans send Watson to Bucs. In an ideal world we get Kittles from San Fran as well since Gronk will likely follow Brady anywhere. Bucs will try to survive a half season with Watson suspended but fans will be willing to wait because Watson can be a long term QB for us.

  68. Alanbucsfan Says:

I’d like to see the Bucs sign Howard and RoJo just to see the posters and Joes go nuts.

  69. steele Says:

This Brady to SF hot air is really, really tiresome, and this post is a good example. Chris Simms is full of it. “Close to” Shanahan. “But he didn’t attend combine, which means…here he comes?” Griese “close to…” blah blah. “Oh but they were all in San Francisco!!! DON’T YOU SEE IT!!!??”

How many conspiracy theories and stretches can you string together?

  70. steele Says:

If Brady were to be a Niner, it would have happened two years ago when it was a real possibility and both sides met. It didn’t go well. Brady and Shanny had issues on many levels. Their decision to go with Jittery G added to Brady’s resentment. Good news is, the Bucs got him, and a SB out of it.

The 49ers are ecstatic about Trey Lance. They are all-in. They believe he is a beast, a baaaad MF who will get them a SB. They are working actively on this right now. They would not have invested that first round pick, after unusually deep due diligence and targeting, if they didn’t believe in him.

You don’t yank all that away to accomodate Tom Brady. Who said he does not want to learn a new playbook. Who will be starring in and producing a movie with Hanoi Jane Fonda and Sally Field, which will take months. That, if he were to go to a new team, would be needed to move his family, acclimate himself to a whole new roster of offensive players and learn the Shanahan playbook.

  71. steele Says:

For those who want to jump to compare SF’s situation with Trey Lance, and the Bucs’ with Trask, they are totally different. SF made it clear that Lance was to be the designated future star to take over from Jimmy G, passing up others to get him at the top of rd. 1.

Trask, on the other hand, was a borderliner at the bottom of a strong QB crop. Then, as he is now, a work in progress, a developmental project who could be a starter or a future backup. Key point is that Brady was supposed to play for a couple of more seasons, and they weren’t supposed to need an immediate replacement.

  72. ChiBuc Says:

Round and round the mulberry bush, the monkey chased the weasel…pop goes the weasel. That weasel is gone, stop chasing

  73. Listnfrmafar Says:

There is no team going to give a 1st, 2nd & 3rd or 2 1st for a 45yr old QB that is probably only going to play one more season.

FREE BRADY! FREE BRADY! FREE BRADY!

  74. SPARKY Says:

SPARKY told you guys last week Brady was out there while Griese was getting hired. Also his mother never knew he was coming, so kinda spur of the moment. Got any questions ask SPARKY. I’m way ahead of Mike and Chris, and get paid a lot less.

  75. BelleGladeBuc Says:

Dude, imitation is the greatest form of flattery. Thank you for voting my clown 🤡 insult.

Have you let everyone know that you thought Scotty Miller was Mike Evans?

Yup, the special kind of stupid @Shatlist mistook a 5 foot 8 small white guy for a 6 foot 5 athletic build African American.

@Shatlist can’t help himself. He struggles with math. I told him to watch the Count on Sesame Street to help him out with that problem, but he refuses because he’s lazy.

Hey @Shatlist, when you sign a legal for 3 years, and don’t fulfill those 3 years, then you haven’t fulfilled the terms of a contract that you signed.

    PLEASE WATCH SESAME STREET, @Shatlist

  76. BelleGladeBuc Says:

@Shatlist is the kind of entitled person who believes giving your word on a legal contract is not something you should honor and live up to.

@Shatlist is such an entitled person that he believes you shouldn’t honor your word because when you do a good job that entitles you to get out of what you legally gave your word to do.

  77. BelleGladeBuc Says:

@Shatlist is so entitled and has such a myopic worldview, that during a time in our world where there’s Ukrainians fighting and dying for their freedom, @Shatlist makes a statement that a multimillionaire privileged athlete such as TB12 is oppressed and needs to be freed.

You’re an entitled low Football IQ non Bucs fan, @Shatlist.

    Bucs fans don’t like you.

    Leave.

  78. Winny Testaverde Says:

Simms and Shanny have tattoos of one another on their ankles. Seriously. Having said that…this 49er story will stay alive until summer. Brady can’t stay outta the spotlight. He’s addicted…can’t say I blame him.

  79. TampabayDJ82 Says:

@Chrisapple- GRONK hasn’t signed with another team just like ANY of the SOON TO BE FA !! Free agents are still with their teams from this past season until the FREE AGENT signing period begins . Only way you can sign another player now is that player has been released or wasn’t on a team at the end of this year.

  80. TampabayDJ82 Says:

LISTNFRMAFAR- YOU are the clown 🤡 on this site ! “Free Brady” ?? WTF are you talking about ? If he wants to come back and play , who says it’s not with the Bucs ?? What are you a AINTS fan or S.F. fan dreaming that he is actually going to downgrade with the 49ers ? And learn another system in what would be his last year ? He’s retired and you’re talking retardation !! Go root for another team. Go Bucs

  81. Bojim Says:

Love Brady but the Bucs don’t owe him shlt!

  82. Buczilla Says:

Brady for Bosa and the niners second round pick this year would do it for me.

  83. Listnfrmafar Says:

Only a DumbBelle would bring up a world catastrophic event on a meaningless Bucs blog. DumbBelle, how does one equate a mass murder situation to Tom Brady’s BS contract? I suggest you Google the word perspective, you may learn something. What’s your next comparison BA’s golf cart to Russian tanks? Entitled? It’s called capitalism, work hard you get more, try it sometimes and you maybe able to get out of your mommy’s trailer. Sitting around all day studying Bucs 2020 season play by play is no life DumbBelle, there are better things out there like WORK where you get paid for your talents. I have faith in you DumbBelle that eventually you’ll prosper in this society. Here’s an idea try data mining, a admirable profession, even better politics, seeing how you have a knack of twisting ones words. Either way find something so we can stop viewing you as a DumbBelle.

  84. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Shatlist

First, you’re the idiot who comes on to a Bucs site and you’re not a Bucs fan.

People on this site can’t stand you. You’re a northerner Patriot fan who lies about playing the game.

You exposed yourself by not understanding that the outside mandatory release fly route should never be thrown by the QB if the CB is not beaten by the WR or if the safety is bracketing and coming over top. You’re a poser.

Second, I’ve never lived in a trailer. I’ve lived in Section 8 housing before though. Never looked down or judged people who live in trailers as bad people like you have @Shatlist because the good book says not too as the son of the father had many supporters who came from poverty. Says a lot about you @Shatlist that you think people who live in trailers aren’t good and productive citizens.

Third, you wrote that TB12 needed to be freed. By writing that TB12 needed to be freed, you’re stating that he is enslaved and oppressed by the Buc’s. You’re either uneducated or entitled to make the claim that TB12 needs to be freed. An appropriate use of the word FREED is something like this: Abraham Lincoln wanted African Americans to be FREED from slavery in America during the Civil War. Words have meaning.

Fourth, capitalism is based on Contract Law. Contract law goes back thousands of years to the times of the Greeks and Romans. Those laws along with The Magna Carte and Locke are the basis for our Constitution.

Fifth, it’s been established that you can’t count.

Capitalism is based on contract law. When you sign a contract you are not entitled to any more or any less than the agreed upon contract. Wether you perform above expectations of the terms of that contract doesn’t give you the legal claim for more.

TB12 is under contract to the Bucs for 1 more year. He agreed to it. TB12 hasn’t fulfilled his contract. That’s what capitalism and contract law states. It’s cut and dry. It’s the beauty of capitalism and contract law. That concept should be easy for a 13 year old to understand, but I guess you aren’t that smart, are you @Shatlist.

DumbBelle, I came from poverty so don’t preach your holier than thou BS to me. It’s nice you were able to study law in prison along with political science as it appears you have perfected twisting others words. Nevertheless feel free to cash that check my hard earned monies have provided you. Good luck at your protest, I’m sure there are others like you that have nothing better to do.

    @Shatlist

You never played football. To many inaccuracies in your writing.

Because of all of your numerous inaccuracies I don’t believe anything that you say.

Your immature and stereotypical insults that reveal your privilege and prejudice are saddening.

    I’ll pray for you.

May the Lord bless you and give you peace brother.

The Buccaneers only have Brady under contract is that he took a cut in pay to help the Buccaneers to resign all of those free agents. So they could bring all 22 starters back.
