What a profound question. Maybe the Bucs will wake up once you unvail the shocking results. The questions should be Gabbert or 5 new starters that could be drafted over the the next 3 years The question should be Gabbert who knows the system and knows the team versus another rag arm ineffective more expensive QB with no experience in the Arians offense. The question should be Gabbert as a stop gap holding spot to buy time for a better solution to free up versus a more costly longer term QB nobody else want who is locked in with a multiyear contract. Give me Gabbert any day and load up the rest of the team. Buy time until a “prized” free agent becomes available or Trask develops. Trading for a quality QB is suicidal. The only choice is to sign a free agent or draft one. Until then, give me Gabbert.
Were the Rams excited that Trent Green blew out his knee and were forced to start Kurt Warner in ’99? Was Rich Gannon anything before heading to the Raiders? Give a guy a chance before crapping on him. Nick Foles caught lightning in a bottle for C sake.
Happy because it would be hilarious to see the rants on this blog. He isn’t on our roster yet they devote three articles a day to him. Obviously he slighted admin back in the day.
Good article in the Trib? this morning about Trask and his physical and mental development.
He had things going for him that other rookie QBs would salivate over.
Now is the time to pull off the veil and let see what is behind it.
Built a quality team around our existing QB and see if it flies. Signs and portents point in all directions on this, so only one way to know; play the man.

Betrayed….as in pissed off.

Trask will beat him out.

I’ll be good w/ Gabbert being Week 1 starter because that means Deshaun Watson is on the roster and just serving his suspension.

I will be comfortably Numb when Gabbert starts. Expecting the best but prepared for the worst.

Numb is running away with it.

Bucs fans do “numb” as good as ANY pro sports team.

Should have an option for ‘We’re in End Times’…
Maybe another an option, ‘Major League’ , meaning the owners want to move to another city and purposively tank the team.

I agree with Phatt.

Absolutely under no circumstances should that happen. I’d rather throw Trask behind that Oline and see what they got with him.
