It Seems Bucs’ Magic Number Is 30

December 13th, 2021

It is all about points.

Cool stat the Bucs pumped out yesterday after their 33-27 win over the Bills.

It appears no one can beat the Bucs when they score 30 points. Especially at home. And certainly not with Tom Brady.

Since Brady came to be the Bucs quarterback, 20 times the Bucs have scored 30 points, including postseason play.

The Bucs’ record in those games? 20-0.

That’s right, when the Bucs score 30 with Brady at quarterback, they are undefeated. Can’t be topped.

How impressive is that? Well, the Bucs lead the NFL in games scoring 30 points the past two seasons. The Bucs also lead the NFL in scoring at 31.5 points per game this season.

It wasn’t that long ago that Joe never thought this day would come. What a time to be alive!

So is it 30 points or Lenny gets 12 carries, I guess it goes hand in hand. I also wonder about the record when Devin White gets a sack

A win is a win & I am happy for it-
Hopefully the guys learn from the mistakes that allowed the invoices back in the game in the first place.
No major injuries for a change, so this is probably the best news aside from the win itself. Heal up for January football!
    ps–I fuching hate DB12.

It’s the 30 club…..Oh no, that belongs to Mr. Entertainment, America’s Quarterback, Probowler, Jameis Winston……too bad he was run down and clawed by the Savior Grizzly, Devin White, TBBF was so looking forward to him playing in Tampa….

The offense has to score at least 30 as long as the defense forgets to come out for the 2nd half.

This seems so unreal. Pinching myself after every game. We’re really doing this.
    Go Bucs

No Pressure Offense. Joe, not sure that’s a good thing. I wonder how many NFL teams period lose when they score 30 or more. Apparently 27 wasn’t enough yesterday.

  7. D-Rome Says:

Brady is also enjoying the second best completion percentage of his career. The last time he completed 68% of his passes was during that incredible 2007 season. If he is not the NFL MVP this season then the award has lost all meaning.

I remember when Warren Sapp would openly beg for 14.

All we need is 14 and we win.

    Now it’s 30. Lol.

    It was 17 points.

That’s one reason I was so frustrated in the second half when the Bills faked a punt and we stopped them from getting a first down. The score was 24-3, and we were in their end of the fiel. A TD would have put them over 30. But that’s when BL went conservative mode and we came away empty handed. The Bucs are good, but I don’t think their offense under BL has that killer instinct.

The defense isn’t who forgot to come out in the 2nd half, it was actually the offense… which is unacceptable come playoff time.

It’s like as soon as we take a lead, Leftwich just calls runs up the gut and low percentage bombs… nothing in between.
