JPP Out Sunday?

September 23rd, 2021

Bad news.

Well now we have light shed on Jason Pierre-Paul’s mysterious road trip yesterday.

It seems JPP went to Colorado to have a second opinion on his bum shoulder. Turns out, through Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the prescription for the issue is rest.

That likely means he doesn’t travel to Los Angeles this weekend.

This is obviously awful news.

Hey, Joe Tryon-Shoyinka, you’re up. Go get ‘em rookie.

LOL…of course the doc is going to say rest…..motion restricting harness on Sunday

  2. Ben green Says:

And the injury bug has officially made a nest. Roflmao, this is the tip of the iceberg. Y’all know it’s coming

  3. SlyPirate Says:

    Tryon

  4. Easy Says:

The season isnt a sprint its a marathon. Let him sit out this week

  5. Bucsfanman Says:

It’s a good thing we have a little depth there. Show us what you got Joe.
If JPP is out, the Rams will definitely test the edge.

  6. Ben green Says:

The Rams can get home with 4.

  7. voice of reason Says:

    6 sacks for Tryon Sunday.

  8. Duane Says:

Its a long season. We have a bunch of vets. Its waaay early and we are 2-0. Is Licht about to pull another rabbit out of his hat by drafting the right guy for this situation? Perfect opportunity for this kid to shine, and hes healthy. Depth was supposed to be a strength for this team. We need JPP for the run at the end, and he has been money in the past when coming off of injury. Its ok to be anxious because of what we have seen in the past, but we got the GOAT now.

Hey Ben Green. I see you’re suddenly very active on this here site. You must be new. (I think you’re a pats fan that is mad at Brady) I saw you telling someone on another post to “do their homework” and then you comment on this one saying the Rams can get home with 4. This is an article about JPP. Do your homework. He does not play O-line. LOL. Carry On.

  10. Robert Says:

love some JPP, but I bet the other guy get’s more pressure and sacks.

let him rest- he still a beast.

  11. fern Says:

    Ben Green
and last time we met Winston torched with 5 TD.
    His uniform looked clean
Double team Aaron Donald Have Gronk Chip

  12. Ben green Says:

Ben asks for your forgiveness for commenting on what will matter in the game. I’m not really worried about the Rams running. If you’d taken the time to do your homework, and read my posts, you’d understand how I feel about Brady. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the man. I watched him, in person, almost every home game. My dislike and distrust of his mentally deranged trainer is well documented. Maybe you do think Alex had a cure for cancer, and that the government killed it. Maybe you do think water mitigates concussion.

  13. Mike Johnson Says:

Like I’ve said, Its hard to repeat as champs. Look for a difficult game come Sunday in LA

  14. Infomeplease Says:

If it be then NEXT MAN UP!!! JTS SHOW the NFL and more specifically the RAMS what you GOT!!! Watch the ball.. don’t get fooled by all the motion and KICK SOME ASS!! GO BUCS!!

  15. Anonymous Says:

Ben, GO TO THE PAT SITE, NOT ONE PERSON HERE WANTS YOUR OPINION ON THE BUCS!

  16. Winny Testaverde Says:

Has Ben; green with envy…posting from Mom’s basement back in Boston area. Welcome to the Bucs board…keep up the quality posts. And yes…Dr. Alex cured both my cancer and concussions with his advanced training techniques and pill formulation. The man is a godsend.

maybe tape the fugg out that sh!t and throw on some 1990’s shoulder pads for more protection and coverage… 🙂 🙂 🙂

if he feels he can go, maybe do a heavy rotation at his spot where he’s taking like 25% – 33% of the snaps…

the team knows best….but this is a big ole game…

way bigger than the pats in 2 weeks…

the pats game is crap compared to this , but the history and storylines make that one historic and a media focal point…

we should take that game up at foxboro…

this week 3 match up is serious tho…this could be the prelude to the prelude to the prelude

  18. adam from ny Says:

is “wet ben green” the new ndog or tjmaxxcon ? 🙂

A lot of athletes go to the Steadman Clinic in Vail.

Ben is turning out to be a doooosh ! The big giveaway is his stealing Medicated Pete’s shtick of referring to himself in the third person.
Cute with Pete, immitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so Ben if you are havng feelings for Pete please take that off line with him !

  21. Buc4evr Says:

Tryon isn’t ready for prime time. I hope he proves me wrong but I’ve not seen much from him other than being out of position and being pushed around. Hope JPP can at least play some snaps this week.

  22. Kansas95Buc Says:

I’m more worried about how the secondary is going to hold up. If they can make plays again then we should win this game

  23. adam from ny Says:

they will eat shoyinka alive if he drops into pass coverage…

he’s just not ready yet for some aspects of the position…

remember a couple years back when devin was always eaten up in short to medium pass coverage…

takes a little time to make the jump from ncaa to nfl…

even if jpp only plays a bit, keep him active as a possible threat all game, so mcvay can’t feast

  24. Cainishere Says:

Don’t be bummed. Tryon will help JPP

  25. Cainishere Says:

Your going to see Tryon and Dardin play in this game and both will shine.

  26. Bucsfan81 Says:

As long as we just win enough games to get into the playoffs nothing else matters. Once we get to the playoffs we just need everyone healthy so we can go on a run and win it all again.

totally agree, but having that first round bye goes a long way towards being healthy for the playoffs, and this game could be the deciding factor

  28. IrishMist Says:

The good news is that a prescription of rest rules out a labrum tear, ligament tear or complete rotator cuff tear. That probably leaves either a partial rotator cuff tear, tendonitis or bursitis. The bad news is that knowing JPP, he probably let it get pretty bad before he sought help. Which likely means a cortisone shot and 3 to 4 weeks of complete rest if you don’t want it to turn chronic.

  29. firethecannons Says:

I knew it would be sooner rather than later for JTS.
    Probably rest and anti inflammatories
They need to allow these guys to take cbd

  30. Ben green Says:

My mom and dad both died in the 80’s, so it’d be kinda hard to still be in the basement. My collage age daughter still lives at home though. My wife has been on my ass to cut her off. One year of post graduate law and she up and quits. She’ll always be Ben’s little girl, it’s hard.

  31. Ben green Says:

Whatever you do, keep the fireworks away from him.

  32. Winny Testaverde Says:

Sounds like Has Ben will be a grandfather soon. Good thing he kept the basement all these years.

  33. BuucccNASTY he p Says:

Ben Gay? Anybody try it before?

  34. David Says:

Damn. That’s going to be a big blow. They need serious pressure on Stafford.

    Heal up JPP!!

  35. Ben green Says:

    Bite your tongue Winny T.

  36. Ben green Says:

My feelings for Pete are well documented. He’s one of the few on here capable of independent thinking. So much of what goes on here is fanboy cheerleading. If you can’t be critical of your team, it’s a sign of an underdeveloped mind.
Yay, no problems, nothing to see here. Why even watch the games? If you think they’re unbeatable, then take a nap until the NFC title game.
