The Return Of Cameron Brate

August 9th, 2021

Bucs TE Cam Brate.

For those who have been asking about why Cameron Brate hasn’t practiced, all we know is that he was on the PUP list with a mysterious injury the Bucs wouldn’t discuss.

Notice the last sentence was past-tense?

Today the Bucs pulled Brate off of the PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list which sets the stage for Brate to practice for the first time this summer.

Brate has been a regular at practices, only he’s been on floppy hat patrol without the floppy hat, watching practices wearing his practice jersey and shorts.

So the tight end depth, now that O.J. Howard has been practicing for a while, doesn’t seem so thin now.

He had a bruised taint. Kinda personal

  2. Casual Observer Says:

    We need him. Mr. Reliable.

  3. Duane Says:

This guy gets banged up because he plays so far above his physical talent each and every year. All he does is battle. Perfect player to rest up. Not surprising that they would hold a TE back due to injury concerns. This could be their TE rehab by committee initiative. Everyone knows what you get with Brate on the field, totally ok with him getting his body right before he quietly snags 40 catches and a handful of TDs this season. Get well Cam.

Time after time, life shows me that all the dummies race to be first.

We (thankfully) live in a constitutional democracy, so I EXPECT, at times, to be offended, yet it’s beyond tedious to encounter to so much adolescent, mean-spirited drivel. You cowardly buffoons will amount to nothing, because you have nothing to offer society except your absurd feelings of entitlement. Enjoy your keyboard battles, it’s likely your best skillset. Welcome to the rest of your miserable lives.

We have three very capable Tight Ends… one headed to the H O F… one that can make H O F type plays and one who can make opposing defenses come to respect his game….I would say as a group they are arguably tops in the league, what a nice problem to have and Hudson is a grinder as well!! GO BUCS!!

  11. Bojim Says:

Would take him over OJ all day. Still want OJ to have a good year.

  12. allbuccedup Says:

Sorry Buckaroo Gronk is the only monster.

  13. allbuccedup Says:

    Taint funny.

  15. DavidBigBucsFan99 Says:

Brate was one of ATMs favorite targets (other than the dbs) and Mr. Brady liked him during the post season. Not the down field threat OJ is but he’s been a great dude on this team. Hope he doesn’t outlive his usefulness. He knows how to score

  16. JimmyJack Says:

BTW with the absense of a certain poster we are now allowed to resume the use of double, triple and more explanition point usage when we see fit. Its no longer being ruined!!

  19. Bojim Says:

Bozo. BWA HAHAHAHAHA. HUMOR. THAT’S GREAT!!

  20. Wild Bill Says:

Brate makes those tough over the middle catches in traffic for first downs and goal line. Smart and great hands. Kinda in invisible with all the other star receivers. He finds t he seam, sits down, makes the catch and hangs on when hit. Clutch guy.
