Devin White shows off his Super Bowl ring Thursday night.
The last element of a Super Bowl championship season came tonight for the Bucs.
Every team that wins the Super Bowl gets a ring. For the Bucs, that ring looks like a golf ball it is so huge.
The Bucs’ social media team released details of the ring as the Bucs were receiving their bling. It’s gold all over and has a removable top. By removing the top it reveals a replica of The Licht House to commemorate the first team in Super Bowl history to win the game in their home stadium.

I think Bruce said he wanted something that he felt he could wear out to dinner and such upon occasion. Just to flash it and get immediate service, and if I could add, the table front row center to the entertainment and such, I don’t know that was what he got.

Do The Glazer Kids understand what looks attractive? This atrocity is worse than the last uniforms. And making the players wait 6mo’s for THAT is a punishment….not a celebration. And outside in 100 degree heat? RENT OUT the ICE PALACE next time !!!!!!!!!

I don’t think rings have been “wearable” for awhile now. Their more like mini trophies.
As a mini trophy I like it just fine.
What I like is Brady. OMG I’m a 73 year old dude so far over the hill I can’t see the top looking back over my shoulder and even I want to go out and throw a block for that guy!!!

bruh it’s a SB ring, they should go all the way and more. They’re wanting to make it look stunning 20+ years from now. Look at some older SB rings, they didn’t age so well. This one will look crazy high end for a long time

The rings are blinged out but the odd shape and twist off top may be trouble. I can already see the story of a player losing the top off the ring , it falling off or who knows what and player oblivious to the missing top till it is to late .

Used to see Monte out at the old PJ’s in Indian Rocks or at Salt Rock alot. Got to know him a little bit. One time he had on his ring and my buddies wife commented on it, he took it off and let her wear it for about 20 minutes. That thing was amazing. Just like Kiff. Go Bucs!!

How ignorant can some people be. Every ring is personalized. They previewed Brady’s ring for show. Damn thing is beautiful. I like the twist off cap with RJ in gold and the playoff scores. Pretty innovative. For those that think it’s gross, can’t please everyone!

The rings are by and far the most beautiful, elegant and personal of all previous superbowl rings.
So proud to be a Bucs fan finally. (Jameis was exciting to watch but it was usually a rollercoaster of angry emotion.)

What I like about the 2020 ring:
1) It has the Bucs red flag logo, which the 2002 ring failed to include (it’s one of the few rings since the Colts’ Super Bowl V lacking a team logo: The 49ers are the other because they don’t have much of a logo to begin with). The 2002 ring is so generic you can’t tell which team actually won it. 🙁
2) It has a unique mini-sculpture inside the ring carved of the Raymond James stadium, complete with pirate ship. This is the first time a Super Bowl has this detail, and arguably won’t be the last.
3) It has two Lombardi trophies in it, which is nice.
What I don’t like about the 2020 ring:
1) It still looks too big to wear. I understand NOW (at first I didn’t realize it had an interior stadium sculpture) why the ring is that big, but it still comes across as too unwieldly as practical jewelry. This may indeed be the moment in championship ring design where the ring is more for shelf display than for wearing.
2) It’s a little too diamond-white for my taste. I know they put 319 in there to represent the 31-9 score, but it seems too much. Also, it made sense to make that Pats ring with 283 stones in honor of Atlanta’s epic 28-3 choke in Super Bowl LI, but was it necessary for this SB win?
