Be Very Afraid Of Tom Brady
July 16th, 2021Joe has learned not to count out Tom Brady.
So yesterday when Joe learned from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network that Brady led the previous losing Bucs to a Super Bowl victory on one leg, with a fully torn MCL, Joe’s mind was blown.
A 43-year old handicapped quarterback led the Bucs to a Super Bowl win? Holy smokes!
This seemed to get the attention of Jeff Kerr of CBS Sports as well.
Tom Brady threw the most passing TD in year one with a new team (40) in #NFL history.

So Brady had a really good year, a championship season, with brand new teammates and a lousy knee?
Imagine what he can now do healthy and knowing his teammates and loaded receivers group and knowing his offense?
Be afraid NFL. Be very afraid.

At the Patrios the comment would have been: “Tom is a tough guy, but it wasn’t an open heart surgery”

I wonder if that had something to do with the overthrows on deep balls early in the season.

Bucs should be favorites in every game this year but maybe Rams
No reason this team should take a step back
Great leaders on offense – brady and evans and jensen
Great leaders on defense – jpp white and lvd
Look out nfl

Team leaders on offense and defense will not let bucs take a step back
And i do think the offense can be better
And defense more consistent ( like end of year)

“So Brady had a really good year, a championship season, with brand new teammates and a lousy knee?”
And no offseason, no pre season games and real understanding of the playbook until about mid season. And oh yea…lets go ahead and start this rookie RT and hope he’s the real deal.

Look out folks! There’s a freight train headed in your direction with TB12 at the throttle, and its going to run over a lot of teams en route to the Bucs’ 3rd SB trophy.

The is some chatter on other sports sites saying the Buc’s may have “cheated” by not disclosing Brady’s knee injury. There are some calling for Tampa to be punished. Which has led to speculation about when the injury occurred. There are reports Brady refused a medical exit exam with the Patriots. And because Brady has his own TB12 medical staff. Its possible Brady didn’t disclose the injury to the Patriots or the Buc’s. But if the MCL tear happened with the Patriots why didn’t he have surgery to repair it during the 2019 offseason? Why play injured an entire season with Tampa? If he had time in the off-season to get the surgery and be healthy for the 2020 season. I guess it’s possible Brady didn’t disclose the injury to the Buc’s. But why? I’m going with he injured the knee during one of the offsite private practices that Brady organized because of Covid. And if your injured offsite and can’t play you don’t get paid. But more importantly to Brady than being paid was all the negative media coverage for holding those practices. If he admittedly injured himself at one of those practices the national media would have ran a victory lap. Saying I told you so and it would have put the kibosh on private offsite practices moving forward. I mean who is going to show up to a private offsite practice after the starting QB who called for it tears his MCL and can’t play.
