Embarrassment
November 8th, 2020Tonight’s debacle is fully on Bucs coach Bucco Bruce Arians. Plain as day.
The Bucs looked like crap Monday night against the Giants. If anything you would have thought the Bucs would be ready to play on Sunday Night Football with first place in the division on the line and possibly a No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs.
And then the Bucs came out and dropped an absolute load on the middle of the Den of Depression. On national television no less.
The Bucs were clearly not ready to play. Not against the Saints. Not against Armwood High School.
“Stunning, truly stunning,” Al Michaels said on the NBC broadcast as Emmanuel Sanders, in his first game back after missing two games with a deadly virus, burned Jamel Dean.
Yeah, it was stunning — stunning that the Bucs were so thoroughly unprepared tonight.
If Joe didn’t know any better, what happened Sunday night was like a Thursday night game with Lovie Smith in charge.
Bruce Arians is now 1-6 in his head coaching career against Sean Payton.
“Can you believe what you are seeing?” Michaels asked incredulously in the second quarter, when park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-ignoring, down-forgetting Bucs quarterback Tom Brady had a pass tipped for a pick (nice job, nice effort Donovan).
Yeah, Al. Joe can. Joe’s seen it way, way too many times.
Doesn’t matter how much money Team Glazer spends on coaches. Doesn’t matter how many internationally-famous players they sign. Doesn’t matter how many Pro Bowlers they may have.
Same ol’ Bucs.

FIRE SOMEONES ASS
November 8th, 2020 at 11:09 pm
THIS TEAM WILL NOT MAKE THE PLAYOFFS
November 8th, 2020 at 11:10 pm
Looks like Jameis got some quality coaching also. Grandpa Bucco Bruce was ao busy riding around on his cart instead of doing his job when Jameis was with Bucs last year.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:10 pm
BA has shown time and time again he can not adequately prepare a team. Especially on a short week. Maybe the Glazers don’t renew his contract.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:11 pm
Essentially they were shut out tonight with ZERO OFFENSIVE POINTS……………………………….PATHETIC
November 8th, 2020 at 11:11 pm
Anthem…..Thats the type of kneejerk reaction thats gotten us into the mess weve had for the last 2 decades.

Coach this 100% on you and I think your an idiot for putting your Super Bowls hopes and dreams in the hands of a second rate amateur leftwich. How can you add one of the best receivers ever to play in the nfl and look worse. If Bruce Arians is fired and start getting younger and better in the trenches on both sides of the ball is is your fault you idiot for being too lazy to call your own playbook and we will lose because your washed up. I would love to know what the glazers thinking right now.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:13 pm
Coaches and player facial expressions says it all. I think there is trouble in the locker room. Something is going on. This was too big of a game tonight for so many players to come out with 0% fire. Most of them looked uninterested to be playing a football game tonight. Trouble in the locker room 100% imo
November 8th, 2020 at 11:13 pm
what we saw tonight goes beyond a bad team
SOMETHINGS IS SERIOUSLY WRONG
November 8th, 2020 at 11:14 pm
I liked that game!
November 8th, 2020 at 11:14 pm
Humiliating loss…
One of the worst we’ve seen in a while and unfortunately we’ve seen a lot of losses.
I don’t give a crap about 6-3! I don’t want to hear it…
This was horrific.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:15 pm
this team will not make the playoffs
this game serves as proof……………simply and utterly pathetic
November 8th, 2020 at 11:15 pm
AB is a curse
November 8th, 2020 at 11:15 pm
Oh boy this will get NDOG out of TMAXs bootyhole this week.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:16 pm
AB is a curse.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:16 pm
NDOG did you see that sweet dump off by Winston?
November 8th, 2020 at 11:17 pm
Every coach and player should donate tonights paycheck to charity!
November 8th, 2020 at 11:17 pm
It’s one thing to lose
BUT THIS????????
What we saw tonight spells the end of playoffs hopes for this team
SOMETHING IS INTERNALLY WRONG IN THE INSIDE OF THIS TEAM…..
something is wrong……….this is more than a loss
what we saw tonight was a cry from someone in need of desperate help…..
November 8th, 2020 at 11:17 pm
Bucs anthem any reason you haven’t been here in almost a month?
November 8th, 2020 at 11:17 pm
Terrible o line play.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:18 pm
The one positive fact in all of this is the year the Bucs won the Super Bowl we also lost to the Saints twice that year. So anything can happen. Go Bucs! Just learn from this please.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:18 pm
Meltdown. Leftwich is terrible. D isn’t the same without Vita Vea. 8-8 and 2021 rebuild forthcoming.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:18 pm
HA HA HA
ANTONIO BROWN CURSED!!!!!!!!!!!
……………..pathetic and lost just like AB’s life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
November 8th, 2020 at 11:19 pm
Here’s a stat that might make you feel better:
Tom Brady and the Pats lost 31-0 against the Bills in 2003. They finished 14-2 and won the Super Bowl that year.
This was likely just a very bad game.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:19 pm
Jameis Winston had a better QB rating than Brady lol.
Embarrassment is the perfect word.
Every single player was PATHETIC: Brady, Gronk, Smith, Evans, David, White, Davis, Dean, Murphy Bunting, Winfield, Whitehead. All of them.
P A T H E T I C
Only guy who played well was Antonio Brown LOfukinL
November 8th, 2020 at 11:20 pm
@ Tampabuscsbro
Oh I’ve been here reading but not posting………
Kinda sick of the sheit lately in this crazy world
November 8th, 2020 at 11:20 pm
Anthem cant blame you for having that outlook after such a oathetic game.
But you dont know that. How this team responds will say a lot. Next week vs the Panthers…..not the toughest game to get right.
Packers fans could of said the same thing after we pounded them but look how they responded. Lets see how we respond.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:21 pm
Seeds of this kind of loss were being sewn in the Meadowlands. There’s an unearned sense of entitlement with this team that’s difficult to quantify. But let’s be real 35 and 23 are marginal, at best. We miss 50 upfront BIG TIME. Our game plan was suspect on both sides of the ball. We had zero energy and 73 joined 76 for the weekly ole ole matador shuffle. Nice FG Bruce, way to stay classy.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:21 pm
If it doesn’t happen this year,us at least making a playoff game, this whole thing could get blown up. Certainly next season if we fail.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:24 pm
@ Patrick
While I love your enthusiasm………………..it doesn’t apply here.
I’ve seen plenty of bad bucs games since the orange sickle dayzzzzzzz…..
But this one goes down as one of the worst ones BAR NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can lose………..and there’s this sheit.
Infact, the last time I seen a game this bad……was with Raheem Morris when the falcons went up 28 to 0 and then you can see quit on the field……….Raheem got fired.
This game was worse…………..WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY worse when you factor in all this talent………..
trust me……….this one is way worse
November 8th, 2020 at 11:26 pm
@ JimmyJack
I watched the Panthers play the chiefs today………..they have improved ALOT and they almost beat the chiefs too
Trust me man……………it ain’t no easy game next week………
November 8th, 2020 at 11:32 pm
If we somehow won the Super Bowl without beating the Aints, it would be great but still lacking a bit. Like Jerry West said when he and the Lakers won the NBA Title over the Knicks in 1972 but didn’t do it against the Celtics who tormented him year after year. You want to beat your rival on your way to the mountaintop. Hopefully in the playoffs we get that chance.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:34 pm
Cut DS 76
November 8th, 2020 at 11:35 pm
Anthem. I hear ya. My point is not that the Panthers are some kinda pushover.
Point is the Bucs are looking at a playoff season with the division still very much in play. Teams in the Bucs position dont just roll over after a bad loss…..They dig deeper get focused and get a killer instinct for their next game……..For years we have been on the other side when a good team gets beat saying they gonna play us pissed off. Now the shoe is on the other foot and we are that good team that beeds to get pissed off and tske it out on the Panthers.
Yeah this game taught us we are far off from being the SB contender we all hoped. But we are good enough talent wise to come out fired up ndxt week and get a much needed win. Thats what good teams do and next week should be an indicator how good we are.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:35 pm
Ok, now I see why that Giants game was so close, because right now this team sucks! Arians is definitely conjuring up the ghost of Lovie Smith. Anybody remember the Tennessee Ready game? This one is on the coach
November 8th, 2020 at 11:39 pm
It’s one game. Move on.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:39 pm
A game of this magnitude, on national TV, and this team looked lost and uninspired. The Saints absolutely clowning them and they deserved it. The Saints didn’t just beat the Bucs. The Saints destroyed them in every possible way and laughed in their face the whole time. Embarrassing effort.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:48 pm
It’s two ugly games now.
If the don’t look 100x better next week, then it’s all over. But I’ll give them one more week before panicking.
November 8th, 2020 at 11:52 pm
Bucaneers.com just posted Best Photos from Saints Vs. Bucs LOL
November 9th, 2020 at 12:05 am
this team is way way over rated we almost lost to Giants last week and now this awful much of the offenses troubles is related to fat ass donovan smith we have to trade/cut/do without this guy he is going to get Brady killed

The only superbowl our Bucs are gonna be in is the one from their living room couches..watching the game..just like us. Don’t worry. Bucs win the next game and all of you suckers will be back on the Hype train.
November 9th, 2020 at 12:25 am
Pewter Power Says:
“How can you add one of the best receivers ever to play in the nfl and look worse.”

Chemistry. I guarantee you, despite what they say in public, nobody wanted that cancer on this team other than Brady and Light, and the weak sellout owners who have no clue what they are doing were like, “Good idea!”
November 9th, 2020 at 2:34 am
Maybe Sage should write another article about the Bucs swagger. This team is not that good. The offense is okay and their defense has played pretty well until tonight. Not good enough to be concerned with their swagger and believe they’re going to beat any team by 40 points. I knew when read Sage’s article and comments about how they were going to beat NY Giants by 40 people were getting a little over their skies. Hopefully they respond like they did with the Bears lose and play better next week. Their only realistic hope now is to have a better record than the Saints because I doubt they’d beat them in New Orleans as the wildcard team.
November 9th, 2020 at 6:03 am
@Patrick … “This was likely just a very bad game”.
Wish that were the case Patrick, but after the Bears game & Giants game, it appears to be more than just a 1-time occurrence. Coaching has been mediocre all year, and against well-coached teams we don’t seem to rise to the occasion. And we both know what we’d find in the playoffs IF we made it that far: talented, well-coached teams.
November 9th, 2020 at 6:38 am
Looked like our team from the Gm to the coaches and all their staff and every player on this team did not take it personally the continual abuse and disrespect that Sean Payton and the Saints have shown and done to the Buccaneers. We need a better OC, someone who knows that if you run the same play again and again and again the other teams DC will have a counter ready. The saints always have our number. Ugly loss. It looked like a less than half ass effort by our team.
November 9th, 2020 at 9:07 am
This had nothing to do with AB.
It had to do at the Los.
The Bucs got destroyed at the LoS for the second game in a row. Pushed around like on roller skates on both sides of the ball.
On top of that, the Giants showed the league how to beat the Bucs: quick 3-5 step drops, get rid of the ball on 8-10 yard patterns in front of DB’s, chew up first downs.
What the Giants did, the Saints did even better, the difference being Jones is no Brees.
On top of that, the Bucs had *zero* answer for Hill.
Props to the Saints. They are unquestionably a vastly superior organization & team to the Bucs in every respect, from front office down to waterboy.
This kind of loss damages a team’s psyche and does NOT bode well for the remainder of the season.
Nobody will fear the Bucs after this embarrassment.
November 9th, 2020 at 10:57 am
We have to move on from Brady next year he will be done next year !!
November 9th, 2020 at 11:39 am
What freaking joke of full weapon team doesn’t show up on Sunday night prime time game !! So sickening!!! They don’t deserve to make it to the playoffs period !!! Keep on dreaming !!!!! Super Bowl my A$$ !
