Scotty Miller battling on Sunday
So what’s been swirling in the head of Tom Brady since his Bucs were embarrassed before a massive national audience on Sunday?
Erin Andrews seems to know.
Andrews was on The Rich Eisen Show and declared, “I know Tom” and noted how Brady was probably working extra diligently with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin on the short flight home to Tampa. She also implied that Brady might have been just a little easier on is his new favorite target.
“He loves that Scotty Miller,” Andrews said. “I mean, I know we talked about it on our broadcast, but he said to us on our [pregame] conference call, ‘”A lot of people won’t know he is going into this season, they will at the end of this season.’ He loves that kid.”
Very interesting stuff there. Brady going on a limb for Miller to the national media. That’s a lot more than just dropping some loving cliches on Miller.
And seemingly right on cue, Miller had six targets against New Orleans and five catches.

When she says “all over Mike Evans and Chris Godwin” what do you think she’s getting at, Joe? Sitting and watching film with them? Getting in their ear a bit on how they need to be on top of their game? I’m interested to see how Mike Evans responds to Brady if he starts yelling at him. He seems to be a bit weak mentally.

I thought the same thing Sarasota! I doubt remember Godwin doing anything wrong! D. Smith76 better step up his game this Sunday or else he must be benched, to see what else we have to work with. And for God’s sake get a fullback to lead block and just start pounding up the middle.

Brady should be talking to Watson and Tyler Johnson about how to get open.
Evans uses his body to block the ball, he doesn’t usually need separation, but he should not have played Sunday. He looked like it hurt enough that he couldn’t get his head in the game.
Godwin went out after that big catch and didn’t come back.
Scottie needs a couple more weeks to get it together.
Next week will be better for the offense, Brady will make sure. The special teams still needs to find their special.
