Jay Glazer of FOX Sports has texted the latest future Hall of Famer on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ roster, Rob Gronkowski, and has shared some of the back and forth via Twitter.
In his first comments since getting traded to the #Bucs @RobGronkowski just texted me the following “I’m back. I always said when I have that feeling and it feels right, I will be ready to take the field again. And I have that feeling. I’m ready.”

You mean we are actually having an NFL season? Just kidding it was never a question in my mind. If it wasn’t an election year none of us would even be laid off or lose our jobs. If Jacksonville can open a beach I think it’s safe to say we are going to be OK. Appreciate the effort of all the fear mongers to keep us all cowering in our homes but since the real truth has come out its only a matter of time before we are back to normal.

I may be alone here but is there anyone else out there that is concerned about drafting a rookie to protect TB12? If either Jason Peters or Trent Williams are affordable I’d like to one of them in a Buc uniform. I’d still draft one but I’d feel more comfortable knowing I had either of them. Maybe it’s just me!?!

Texbuc,Swift is the real deal!!!! He will be the next great running back. Offensive tackle in the first move back up in the first or higher 2round and crab Swift. I would love some how to get Eason too.

I think there is a whole lot to this that people just don’t understand. I’m not going to go into details here but you guys should start looking at some Brady conspiracy theories. This was all preordained. The lowly bucs have Brady and Gronk! Still trying to wrap my head around this.

Y’all are crazy. Gronk?? Brady?? Evans?? Howard?? Brate?? RJ?? Godwin?? Watson? Mini Gronk/Miller?? Playing with attitude, new uniforms and cannons? Massive exposure and there is still massive pessimism? Every game someone is going to lose!!! This team is shaping up to be massively entertaining nationally and there is still the draft and the next wave of free agency. How is this team not ready to compete with all the talent on defense and the experience in the coaching staff? I live in NC. seems like gronk didn’t want to play under the belichik tyranny any more either…
he layed in the weeds for a bit, knowing tommy was out of there soon…
and prolly had the idea to join him if it was a good fit…
tampa is a good fit for these old new england geezers…
the warm weather will help get a couple more good years out of their old bones…
