Surprised you guys haven’t mentioned it. Arians lets the QB pick the first 10-15 plays of the game (can’t remember exact number). Byron can’t throw that slant pass from the playbook, it’s one of Winston’s favorite plays. He’s the one who keeps picking the plays that cause early pick. Maybe Jameis is stubborn and wants to nail that play?

It was an absolute pleasure and honor to hang out ,laugh, pick the brain of a guy who’s Seen it all as well as a highly respected journalist like Ira K this past Sunday a BWW Sarasota University location..Been a reader of his for literally 20+years and what you see it what you get ! The laughs and stories as well as individual JoeBucsFan faithful who packed The joint to share their Bucs takes and issues ..The win was a decent one Jameis deserves to come back with games like that but don’t think BBA won’t have a ace or two up his sleeve because If history repeats itself if#3starts off slow and who knows if you permanently FIX the bad throws and decisions? I know I’m sick of arguing with fellow Bucs fans ..Again the off field action hanging with the Iconic Ira was my personal highlight and hoping the first of many more to come !!!

I have noticed no one is talking about this.
In his first year under Arians, Carson Palmer had 22 interceptions. After that his interceptions fell off dramatically for him. Winston has 24 interceptions so far this year.
Is it possible that the way the “quarterback whisperer” prepares his quarterbacks somehow leads to excessive interceptions during that first year? There is only a sample size of two QBs under Arians as head coach for us to consider.
Can we expect a SIGNIFICANT drop in interceptions for Jameis Winston next year?
Could this be what Arians is banking on?

I looked at the 2020 Free Agent list to look at possible Right Tackle replacements for next year, and saw and interesting name. Jack Conklin, who Licht was known to covet the year he got drafted. The bad news is his estimated yearly salary on his new contract is 15 million. That’s steep.

I want the Bucs to draft an O-Lineman, but the fact that the Bucs didn’t take any in the 2019 Draft shows you that Arians really believes that it takes them 3 years to develop.
