Downgraded Scotty Miller

UPDATED FRIDAY: Scotty Miller will not play Sunday. Rookie speedster receiver Scotty Miller has caught 7 of 11 targets for 111 yards over the last three games.
So perhaps today’s news is significant.
Miller appeared on the Bucs’ injury report Wednesday with a bad hamstring and was “limited” in practice. But today he did not practice at all.
That’s typically bad news when a guy moves from limited to completely sidelined the following day. It’s not like Miller was getting a veteran rest day.
This is somewhat noteworthy because Miller battled a hamstring injury through the summer. And multiple times Bucco Bruce Arians referenced Miller’s hamstring as if it was something the rookie should be playing through.
Miller saw his first real-game action in Week 3 and was just coming around over the past three games after a very rough start to the season.
No Miller in Jacksonville would mean a lot more work for Breshad Perriman, who has proven to be a very up and down player.
Hopefully, it’s an up Sunday for Perriman.

I know BA said Watson is #5, if he doesn’t get any action as a 4 with Miller out then i don’t see him returning next year. Something is going on that he has seen the little action that he has this year.

Joe the team practiced today? Would of thought taday was a day off for the players.
And agreed that Miller has been coming along over the last few weeks. Also liked the play designs they had for Miller last week even if some of them didn’t get many yards. Was looking forward to more of that.

Not wanting to disrespect a NFL player as I am not one. But Scotty Miller looks like a high school player. Who keeps getting tackled being yanked around by DB’s hulking over him. I hope he learns how to be a great WR this season. I just am not impressed. 5-10 190lbs fast yes, but can’t get off of press coverage. Hands look so so. Not sure what has happened with the 6’4″ 225 4.6-7 40 WR we drafted. Who is as I have seen it, is 2-2 of passes thrown his way for 28 yards. And we keep going with the shorter, .2 seconds faster. I also see a former first round draft choice who looks like he is the healthiest WR on our team, because he can’t catch a cold.
Show me another WIN with ZERO INT’s or Turnovers against Jaguars. Show me you are growing in year five were in the previous four you still needed to just get better.

Have watched No NFL(aside Bucs)since we were cheated in Tennessee. Except I have made a exception for Thanksgiving.
That said Im sure most are watching this NFC South bout right now and I think our best rooting interest should be the Saints. By blowout hopefully………You see Our own Bucs ended the Falcons only decent hope to salvage their season last week putting Quinn firmly on the hotseat.
It’s in our best interest that the Falcons fire their HC and possibly go through the cycle we have been in for years & never find the right guy……….And the Bucs could very well put the final nail in the Falcons coffin in week 17 at Ray Jay.
So while y’all are worried about a few draft slots their is a bigger picture y’all miss. Beating the Falcons last week was essential for taking over this division one day.
Also not worthy is that the Bucs very well may have ended Cam Newton’s career in Carolina. We have put ourselfs in position to take 2nd place in this division and to have firm control over the Falcons and Panthers in the future!!!!
We still have the Saints standing in our way and we might have to break Brees like we did to Cam to take them down. Sounds easy with his age but his All-Pro line is in our way……..I make a motion that we absolutely must bring Suh back next year at any cost. I believe him to be the best chance we have to take Brees out……..Did you see how hard he hit Ryan last week?

Didn’t Dawn on me last week but Matt Gay struggled and it had to be the Matt Bryant curse. No way his one bad week coincidentally just happened to occur in Atlanta. Matt Byrant must have been in attendance or something.
Matt Gay did struggle at the start of the year but if you notice as soon as Bryant retired Gay was clutch!!
Now all of a sudden Atlanta’s kicker can’t hit easy kicks? Once the Bucs left that stadium and the presence of Bryant the presence of that curse had no where to go and must have sifted into the Falcons lockeroom……..Now that curse will affect that whole team the way it effected us……you watch…….they gonna fire their coach struggle for decades never make kicks and lose games with a comedy of Eras……..Meanwhile our Bucs are ridded of that curse once and for all and will rise to glory!!!!!

Proud & MadMax…..I’m sure the answer to that question can be found on the preseason game film. Miller was given a few returns and the results were pitiful, to be kind.
Anyways we got TJ Logan and he has done a very good job at returns and has also provided a few Sparks with nice returns when we really needed and the team was struggling to do anything.

Anyone watching this game tonight that thinks Koetter is good is a moron. Matt Ryan got killed tonight. No adjustments made. Story of our Buc Lives. Hopefully Arians learns.
