Joe threw this on Twitter last night and is deep in thought about this nonsense as today’s game is just over an hour away.
Yeah, it’s not Bruce Arians’ baggage, but it represents fan suffering and baggage, and Joe is sure it’s affected some Bucs players.
Endless first-half losing is a stinky sign of a crappy team culture. It has to change. It has to shift today. This is a winnable game against a backup quarterback.
Please, Bucs. Please!

Bucs are right were glazers want them…. keeping the basement title streak alive is all that matters…
At least bucs are more fairly represented by fans in EU than they are at thier own home stadium playing in front of opposing teams fans every week. London is truly more of a home game than Tampa…

Let’s not kid ourselves. What has really improved? One can argue the kicking and run games are much better, though that’s not a lock yet. The Bucs have had on and off decent run defenses over the years (along with terrible run defenses). The receiving corps has arguably gotten less talented from what it was over the past two years. What has remained problems? Inconsistent QB play and a rock bottom pass defense. The common denonominators are Licht and Winston. As long as Arians and company suck their butts, this will continue. All those picks Jameis almost threw last week? He actually throws them today. Stop CMC again? Not a chance. But why should Arians care? He doesn’t live here and has millions. He can just walk away…again and leave a steaming pile of garbage. Bucs go 2-4 today heading into the bye week. Again.

Excellent point Joe. Bucs slow season starts continually ensure that we’re ‘out of it’ by the end of October. To their credit, however, Bucs’ teams usually don’t play much better (if at all) in the second half of the season. Since start of 2013, we’re 4-4, 1-7, 3-5, 6-2, 3-5, and 2-6. IOW, we had ONE good second half of the season (6-2) in 6 years. Sad isn’t it.

I recently returned from a great vacation with my family in Seattle. It took me two days to readjust to our Eastern Time Zone. Jet Lag is a real thing! Fortunately, BA came up with a way to defeat it for the Bucs. Since last Monday he has been having the Bucs operate on London time. If you see the Bucs beating the Panthers worse than they did last time that will likely be because the Panthers are playing with jetlag and we aren’t. That could be a key to us beating the Seahawks when we play them soon too. Go Bucs!!!

I’ve been a complete supporter of Jameis “Turnover” Winston, until today! I’m done, he’s killed my love and support. I’ve read where we should trade our 1st next year for a 29 y/o CB in Patrick Peterson ah, no! We’ll need that to either trade up for or pick our next QB. No franchise tag for Jameis. This kid for the Panturds is undrafted, only 4 starts about 2 go 5-0 with zero picks? Im good with putting RG4 in, let’s set what he’s got. Besides the more “L’s” the better the pick. Sorry Jameis you’ve Killed the spirit of a 43 year fan of this team..

The Glazers have done nothing but rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic during their entire ownership.
The disappointing thing to the fans is that the Glazers are happy with the terrible record as they laugh all the way to the bank.
