Loss On Leftwich

Awful game.
Now Joe isn’t fully sure if Bucco Bruce Arians behind the scenes is telling Bucs offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich who exactly to play and what plays to call, but Arians has said in the past it is Leftwich who is putting together gameplans.
So as long as Leftwich has the power to run the offense, then this goes on him.
Byron Leftwich lost this game today.
Oh, sure America’s Quarterback had turnovers. Oh, sure the Bucs kept shooting themselves in the foot. But it was Leftwich’s mindless play calls and illogical player personnel assignments that left Joe absolutely dumbfounded.
Who the hell designed that play for Breshad Perriman to tackle Dare-you-to-play Ohgodheblows. Perriman, in Joe’s eyes, played just crappy enough to be cut. Ohgodheblows should never have been on the roster to begin with (not Leftwich’s fault).
Leftwich’s constant first down call of Peyton Barber up the middle is ridiculous. Having Ohgodheblows on the field at all is asinine. Perriman can run and that’s it.
On the final play of the game, Joe isn’t so sure that Perriman didn’t run a bad or wrong route. Everything he does is bad. Even when he catches a damn pass in the end zone, he can’t get his feet down.
Leftwich didn’t wake up until late in the first half that he had studs to play and to target, including Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Cam Brate. But no! Keep running freaking Barber up the middle. Keep throwing passes to Ohgodheblows. Keep targeting sorry Perriman.
The only time this team moved the ball was when Perriman and Ohgodheblows were off the field. And when they quit handing the ball off to Barber on first down — up the middle!
On fourth-and-one with not just the game, but the season on the line coming out of a timeout you call Barber’s number??? Up the middle!
Joe points right at Leftwich for wasting this game.
And people get mad at Joe when he points out how Leftwich never developed Josh Rosen in Arizona. Joe has a pretty good idea now why Rosen couldn’t hack it.

The refs blew that fake punt fumble call. That would’ve been a TD. also they gave Ten. 2 PIs in a row that were both interceptions. Jameis played bad, yeah but the play calls and perriman didnt help. If on we had tennehill who protects the ball but threw for almost no yards. I’d trade the savior devin white for DECENT CB rn.

At least Davis actually made a FN tackle and played physical. The only stains on BH3 came from when he bailed on tackling Henry and tried to be a human bowling ball. Oh, and he missed the tackle and Henry continued down the field.
When the titans needed yards they threw at VH. No hiding that.

I would like to point out, the BUCS are score 28 points a game. Jameis leads the league in interceptions and fumbles.
This is Leftwich’s first year as a offensive coordinator. Last year he was promoted to coordinator during the season. With a rookie QB that so far has not panned out in two stops yet.
We have lots of problems. Not the least of which is quarterback, offensive line, and our secondary.
Sure, 4 and short run was a bad call, but if you think Bruce didn’t have a hand in that you are smoking something.

Leftwhich and Jamie’s both Joe this was a “bounce back game” fir our starting QB who keeps turning over the ball making it impossible for us to win. I could argue easily Jamie’s hax cost us 4 games. I’m tired of hearing about yardage when turnovers are more important. Plain and simple our D played good enough to win. What’s the worst is now it’s Jamie’s time to shine since we are all but out of the playoffs. Thanks James great game.

Arians challenge on the Davis PI was futile….wasted a TO….should fire the coach upstairs who evaluated that call….& Bucs had to call another TO when gameclock ran down after Jameis’ run out of bounds..
No risk it no biscuit punted on 4th & 1 in Tenn territory…

Gotta agree on Lefty. High school coach at best. Barber up the middle hasn’t worked all game so THATS what you call with the game/ season on the line? I’d rather see a Refrigerator Perry play with Vita Vea for Gods sake! Bellicheat would have gone with a Qi sneak with Brady. ANYTHING but Barber up the middle. Throwing to Perriman? On what planet would a coach think that is the key to success when the man has shown zero potential for catching aching other than the flu? How many db’s did you you see him blazing past this year? We’ve watched rookies come in and not turn the ball over as bad as him. It’s f’n sickening! I gave up on Jameis finally in the UK, I’m finally over it. He sucks, running on 1st down on nearly every 1st down (lead the league) means no imagination to predictablep. In the Lambs game they ran that 3 WRs on 1 side, it killed them, but I’ve only seen it once since & that was today?

Yes the playcalling and personnel choices sucked. No doubt. Perriman and Oguwhatever have no business on the field and RoJo needs 20+ touches no matter what.
But Jameis reeks, Joes. Stop pretending not to see it. He is not a pro calibre QB. This ride with him needs to end. Immediately.
But because of BA’s ego we’re going to have to suffer through the whole rest of the season with this clown and his stupid roller coaster routine.

Even though Licht has whiffed on a zillion draft this team could win with better QB play. Sure we need a few different players but whoever is suggesting we blow it up like the Dolphins is not thinking clearly. I see a team needing to replace 5 starters and we make the freakin playoffs. If the Jags can win with Minchew there’s no way you can’t give Griffin a shot. I like BA but if he’s hitched to the hip of Jameis then sorry Bruce you made the wrong choice. QB is killing this team that has promise.

Jamie’s is not in good graces with me but this is not on him. He had the one who was that to pick but the two fumbles no one could have did differently the center snapped it when he wasn’t even looking. The other he got hit while throwing it. The last interception you can tell was on perriman he looked so lost he took a step in then just kind of stopped line he forgot what route he was suppose to be running. And you could tell by Jameis reaction perriman messed up because if he had slanted inside the ball would have hit him in the chest. Today was on play call I g run run run up the middle we are not a running offense but in critical times you try to run it. I am done I can’t watch this crap anymore. It is October and we are done again. And we can’t even look forward to the draft because we have the worst drafting team in the league. We get gifted all pro caliber players and we pass to take mlb and small school projects. Fire licht please or you will lose all of the fans

None of the DBs are very good. But VH is the only one who refuses to tackle any body. He’s soft man. He didn’t slip against the panthers. He was scared CMac was gonna truck him.
And he did the same all day today. I give credit to Davis for at least putting in the effort. Yeah he missed tackles. But I’d say you should watch the game again and focus on VH. Not sure where your loyalty lies with him, but he should be gone by now.
