So I’m a bit confused. You got confirmation that they are going to hire a team President? Or they were trying to hire a team President?
It’s back at 5:50 of the audio if you want to listen to the explanation again.–Joe

Thanks for giving me the time stamp…It made more sense when I listened to it back. Hopefully they make a homerun hire and they can get this club going in the right direction.

Hey Joe’s, I’m shocked the news in this podcast isn’t getting more traction on here are you going to do a post on it? If the Glazers opened up the wallet for Ozzie they could sell hope. Don’t think this has reached the “news” level yet.–Joe

Love the pod cast, Don’t agree with the Licht assessment. He was most likely apart of the decision to not fire any of the assistants coaches, after a 5-11 record. also just out of sheer preservation you think he would have called for mike smiths removal. What sane football guy would go into a season with his job on the line with two rookie Db’s and an old guy. Why risk it when he could have signed a couple decent vet’s later in free agency for pennies. This isn’t even mentioning his draft blunders. I’d give him a D at best IMHO! Thanks for the pod cast.

Can you explain to me how a coach (Ron Rivera) can make a team more “physical”? Isn’t that a subjective term; I mean, they become physically better after he is hired? In what way are will they be more “physical” because of coaching? That is in the players, not the coach.

Joe, good points on why to save Winston on game 16 but if the ATL beats a bad Carolina team sans Cam like you said do you really think they will run their first string guys all through the game to go 7-9 and get 2nd in the NFC South and a draft pick near 15 instead of 10????? My point is the ATL can tank too! Why do all you JBF writers think that Carolina and the ATL want Ws when the Bucs want to lose????? I understand loser mentality but it seems like this site predicts Ls even before they know if the opponent wants to draft high to??????????
