Cant be confident in a coach who wont put players in the best position to win and refused to touch the defense as it was on track to be the worse ever in NFL history….

If Dirk losses against the Dirty Birds? The Glazers are gonna announce his firing..immediately. Win..and they give him 2 weeks to clean out his desk.
Don’t know what they will do with Licht. But Licht has already probably thrown Dirk under the bus while tryin to keep his job.

Watching his presser today, he acts like you are not allowed to make changes to your lineup when people arent performing, outside of the QB I guess..
I mean how many games do you have to watch Caleb before you just think to yourself, “i’d rather watch someone else get turnstiled this week”
or maybe after Brent “attempted and missed any physical contact” for the 20th time you ponder “RSmith makes a lot of ST tackles, maybe he can support the run better and he wont stop any passes either, but heck somethings better than nothing”
perhaps after Donovan stood there watching as his QB was buckled under by 300-600 lbs of Dlineman for the 3rd or 4th time this season you contemplate “maybe he just doesn’t give a crap, when it sounds like a duck, and looks like a duck, it’s a duck – and yes, Donovan is one lazy duck, let’s give someone a chance that actually acts like they want to be there”
Trust, I think the GM is at fault here as well
But at some point this season, when was Dirk gonna make anyone of these examples of not standing for substandard effort and/or ability
The players show their lack of confidence in the staff by the crap product they keep putting on the field, they have ZERO fear of being benched – penalties galore, turnovers, angry mental breakdowns, blown assignments, lack of in game awareness
One of these days maybe the Glazers kids will learn something their father obviously knew…the message from the very top down is exactly what you get on the field each Sunday

Oh bull hockey… stop this lie about Malcomb passing and the wheels fell off when the triad took control. The boys sold the idea of owning a NFL team to their dad. It was always the boys toy their dad signed off on whatever….
