If we lose this one, may as well tank the rest of the season for high draft picks for the new staff. Keep JW, play the piss out of him, pay him next year and see what the new coach can do with him…..and then yeah, draft a QB first pick and let him learn for a year, or at least the first half of the season. Use the rest of the picks on D.
Hopefully Arians can come in and blow up this D and only keep whose playing 100% effort like JPP. Just play the piss out of JW, let him do what he wants, call plays whatever and see what happens. It’ll be for a new coaching staff to decide whether or not to sit him half way through the next season for the rookie we draft…

Just a reminder, under Winston this was the #1 offense in football.
Under Fitz they lost their #1 ranking, and if you compare Fitz’s last three starts to Winston’s last three starts, the Bucs are 0-3 under Fitz and lose by an average of 18 points a game. The Bucs under Winston are 1-2 (or 2-1 with a kicker) and lose by an average of 1 point a game.
Fitz is not doing anything to help this team win and Dirk is just burning down the ship out of spite since he knows he’s about to be fired.

Evans should have caught it but it was a bad throw nonetheless. Fitz is garbage. That’s why he has played for 30,000 teams. I really enjoyed the thought that Fitz suddenly got better near age 40 but it was always a stupid notion.

I was a Bucs fan from the beginning and loved JoeBucsFan, a great site.
Left the Bucs to be a Bears fan (living in Chicago now) and its much more fun.
You Bucs fans deserve better. This is a sick franchise and good times aren’t coming back anytime soon. The few good years they did have were a result of great draft picks and superior leadership. The Bucs are farther from those traits than any other team in the NFL. Maybe tied with the Raiders….

That is actually true, the Bucs have by far the lowest winning percentage in the NFL, in fact they have by far the lowest winning percentage of any professional sports team period.
NFL: Bucs .387 (Arizona is next at .429)
MLB: Padres .461 (Rays next at .466)
NHL: Arizona .477
NBA: Minnesota .397
So yes, you can safely say the Bucs are in fact the worst team in all of professional sports, and the stats back that up. Also the gap between them and the 2nd worst in the NFL is huge.
