Only the Bucs can make a team that totally sucks even less interesting by running out a useless QB that everyone knows won’t be here next year. They are basically begging us to cheer for them to lose for a better pick. This team almost makes one hate football cause all they do is solicit anger, disappointment and disgust. Doesn’t matter what the team does from here till end of season. Coach and GM are gone, along with Winston and the entire secondary starters. Rightfully so. Anyone defending Winston at this point should be banned from ever watching sports again!
This team has many issues… the O-line is horrible half the time… but Winston *consistently* has turned the ball over for FOUR YEARS. Four. Freaking. Years.
It’s laughable for Winston homers like Rod Munch to think Winston is going to come off the back and miraculously play like Brady and prove to us all that he was worthy of the #1 overall pick. He wasn’t and never will be. He just doesn’t have what it takes to be a top NFL QB.
The Jameis Winston Era is OVER in Tampa Bay or the Glazers will lose the remaining fan base they actually have (and they know it).

NoTalentOnDefense – on that play that Eli had to drop back really far and dropped the ball, Vea had collapsed the pocket and pushed his man back into Eli’s natural drop area.
Vea doesn’t get enough credit because he’s not making tons of sacks (which fans are looking for). But he’s often getting a nice push up the middle. He’s still young and will only get better.

Look Ryan Fitzpatrick is a good backup QB who has reached his full potential and can actually win you a few games. He is not a starting caliber NFL QB. Jameis Winston for all his warts is not a finished product by far. Anyone who thinks so is way off base. Calling the Jameis Winston Tampa ERA over is questionable. If it was over why is he even active? His value isn’t going up dummies by sitting on the bench. I expect after this loss Winston will be back in the starting lineup at home vs the 49’ers. There would be absolutely no reason to sit him any longer.

I prefer what helps us win. Establishing the run opens up the playaction and the screen game and a whole bunch more. Plus the run game helps to with the TOP battle which in turn keeps a terrible defense on the sideline where you want them.
