Are Your Ankles OK?
August 16th, 2018In hoops, there is a term when a ballhandler busts past a defender as “breaking his ankles.”
Well, Joe wonders if Titans corner Malcolm Butler had to have his ankles re-taped yesterday, provided he can still walk on them at all after Bucs receiver Mike Evans tore him up.
Of course, the Bucs are up in Nashville this week. Yesterday, the Bucs had their first of two joint practices with the Titans before playing Tennessee in the second preseason game of the season Saturday night. The second of the two joint practices will begin later this morning.
And so too is Evan Winter of BucsNation.com who caught video of Evans working Butler, a highly coveted free agent target of Tennessee this spring.
Enjoy.

Impressive.
I would venture to guess being a CB is harder than being a WR at that level.

It is sad some people choose to live their lives so negatively that everything they see, or read is bad.the “glass is always half empty”. I feel even more sorry for the people around them.

Nice move no doubt but these are one on one drills, not sure if you would get away with all that wasted movement in a live game like the one they’ll play Saturday but yeah he made dude look silly. Not buying the preseason/training camp hype Joe’s but thanks for the coverage, it’s about eating W’s in 2018😂

“There’s a gargantuan edge to the offense. So Joe can’t go all oooh-and-ahh because Mike Evans worked over Logan Ryan and drew a flag on Ryan, or because DeSean Jackson caught a comeback route and looked sharp doing it. Sorry. ”
Must have been a different Joe that said that a couple of posts ago.
