If the report shows that there were two separate Ubers, and cellphone data proves that Winston was alone in the second Uber, that would line up with Banks story that he and Darby put him in the second Uber for being unruly and it would line up with Kate’s story that she was alone in the Uber with Jameis. Remember that Kate said that Winston was unruly AFTER being picked up from the club.
Winston’s story was that the three (Winston, Darby, and whoever was sitting up front A.K.A. Banks) rode in the Uber together and in Winston’s own words “nothing happened”.
Why would you release that statement if you KNEW that was the story for the first Uber ride when Kate was referencing picking up Jameis from the Club after midnight which would be the second Uber?
I know BS when I smell it and this story stinks to the high heavens.

This situation is ugly, but manageable without blowing things up. However, if other women start coming out of the woodwork saying things against Jameis and he starts looking like a serial grabber, that’s a different story.
I said i wont care. Its not the commissioner nor anybody elses fault why jameis is waiting to be disciplined. I agreed with elliot and brady’s punishments so why be a hypocrite now and say jameis doesnt deserve one either? Its tampa bay all day but keep ur ass outta trouble!
