Joe shoots a lot of practice video, especially in training camp, primarily for the purpose of studying what’s really happening on those plays where you can’t hit the quarterback. This summer, Joe plans to share more of that.
During spring practices, Joe dabbles in a little video, too. And here’s a peek a defensive linemen running through drills yesterday, with a focus on the agility and power of rookie Vea.

Power!!! A progressive snap count at the beginning of the season allowing him to unleash that brute strength with a furious energy will make this D-line a wrecking ball and win some games for us. Safe throws Jameis. Complimentary football this year Jameis. I believe our defense will be good enough to keep us in games or sustain a lead. Finally!

@Bird I think you’re mistaking wrist pain for the bands that are around his wrist, it’s teaching them to keep their hand in when they punch. Seems like he’s just getting used to them.
