Vita Vea Talks To Annie Sabo

April 27th, 2018

At 6-4, 347 pounds Vita Vea is a big man and hopefully will be a massive and mean force on the Bucs’ defensive line for years to come.

But he wasn’t playing nasty with Annie Sabo of WFLA-TV last night in Dallas. Vea joined the local sports reporter for an extended chat. Enjoy!

I don’t see he dog in him hopefully it comes out on game day

  2. Lamarcus Says:

He doesn’t mention he is happy to be here. He sounds to me he is happy to be drafted but not by the Bucs.

  3. Rod Munch Says:

He’s smiling at 2:36… the McCoy haters will tell you that if a player is smiling they’re a surefire bust.

  4. teacherman777 Says:

At least he’s tough and will tackle.

    Unlike Grimes and Hargreaves.

We need some CB’s who will HIT!

  5. Rod Munch Says:

Deion Sanders couldn’t play for teacherman777 because he doesn’t HIT, you know because hitting is the most important trait for a corner. LOL!

Dumbest douchebags in the NFL are some Bucs fans, looking at the firat two comments as examples.

Many of you are being insane … I have spent time in Tonga (where Viti is from), Fiji and Samoa and the Pacific Islanders are very laid back and respectful … until it’s time to battle, then they bomb on people.

Viti is a beast and I love the pick at #12

He called Sapp a goat. Don’t misunderstand him he is from a different culture altogether from most of us. It was no insult.

His style just might be smiling and be polite and be respectful. This is common all across Polynesia. Believe me, if he was only half as big as he is, you still might not want to cross him.

Something like the “Walk softly and carry a big stick!” thing.
    ___________
    Go Bucs!!!!

^ You are 100% correct … Polynesians are NOT dudes you want to mess with.

They seem to be born with abnormal strength and athleticism even the smaller ones can just dominate huge dudes when it comes time to throw down.

I wish they played football on the islands as there is a ton of NFL talent in the South Pacific that ONLY knows and plays rugby.

Jonah Lomu could have been an All-Pro RB in his prime and tons of guys could probably play DT and LB in the NFL if they were properly trained.
