Defensively you know who they look like? Is Mike Smith near these games? At least they are scoring enough to win most of the time and they are in the Playoffs. The Leafs game was a gut check and last nights game was disgusting. 7-3 and you let them get that close? And why can’t you stay out of the penalty box? Still a lot of work to do if they expect to win the Cup.

It sounds like the coach’s are getting nervous. Maybe they feel like they are being out-coached or maybe it’s a reflection of their inability to handle the pressure. Stamkos is fed up with the negativity. He is correct, the Lightning play better when the team is loose. I look at the L10 number in the standings. The Lightning are 8-2-0, the Maple Leafs are 5-3-2.
