Wow, love to listen to how the sky is falling!!!!!!! Please keep up the great work!!!!! Its like listening to the mumbling of a madman!!!!!!!!! Maybe, following the running back advice the should just abstain from the whole draft!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bucs went 9-7 while you called them the “den of depression”, and now this year is the “status woe”!!!!!! I look forward to more live reports from “One Buc Prison”!!!!!!!!!!!! That is if you can make it inside without something hitting you on the head since the sky is apparently falling!!!!!!!!

    GO Bucs!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Gambelero Says:

Well done guys (I know there was only one Joe, there was clearly an editor/production person at least). And “status woe” is exactly the right 표헌 for our situation. Supposedly the perfect season parade unnerved the Brown’s owners. Maybe the Glazers will here our “status woe” lament like they heard “weapons for Winston” last year and make some changes. I expect to hear about the hiring of a (pretend there’s an emphasis on the singular here) new nutritionist any day now.

  3. Brett Says:

If it is perceived that Licht and Koetter are potentially out after one more year… how many great coaches want to join a sinking ship? Maybe it is better off that they believe in their hires and just keep going. What top OL or DL coach is going to come here knowing everyone is likely to be fired in one year?

  4. Herb Says:

My worthless advice would be to concentrate on drafting good players. Those are the guys who are trying to make a name for themselves in the NFL. Free agents seem to be more interested in big paychecks.

Secondly, it’s time to trade Gerald McCoy. Keeping him for another year will not help the D-line all that much. Trade him while he still has some value, maybe we can get a 2nd or 3rd round pick for him. And I’m sure he wouldn’t mind going to a team with playoff potential.

To suggest there is no young coach in the NFL or college who wouldn’t want a chance at a promotion and an opportunity to put a stamp on a team and be part of a turnaround is naive at best.

Just a couple of years ago the Bucs had a young, energetic wide receivers coach who did a nice job in one season and turned that into a college head coaching gig. It was the one and only year the guy coached in the NFL. And look at him now.

You may have heard of this guy: P. J. Fleck.

Few years before that, when it looked like Father Dungy was on the hot seat and there was an opening for a secondary coach, Father Dungy hired a guy from the University of Cincinnati. You may have heard of him, too: Mike Tomlin.

  6. GZilla007 Says:

I’ve always liked this guy’s takes but the one thing he said I don’t agree with is D-Jax being a diva. Terrell Owens was a diva. Does anybody really believe that D-Jax is like Owens? He did his job, caught ever catchable ball, even in traffic ..took some huge gotta and held on to the rock.

But let’s keep it real, D-Jax had a right to be pissed every time Winston missed him when he was wide open. I was pissed watching it! If it happened just or twice and he threw a fit, I could understand him being a diva. But it happened all year.

D-Jax should’ve had a 1200-1300 yard season …easy. Those balls that Winston missed were game changers. …and he was missing D-Jax before he was injured.

We need them to connect this year. A good run game should help that.

  7. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Joe, how about trading Desean Jackson for Olivier Vernon?

Perhaps if Desean had run the right routes or not been held up by the defense, the timing would have been better. Remember, the big sell on Jackson was that Winston just had to throw it up and Jackson would go get it.

    He was over sold.
