Jim Harbaugh would have respect, from day one, if he came to Tampa.
I may be wrong, but I don’t really think Jon Gruden wants to give up his cushy job, and return to coaching.
He may be using the Tampa Coaching Job as a bargaining tool, to squeeze more money out of his current employers ?
But Jim Harbaugh may be ready to leave Michigan, since he has met with limited success there. Try as he might to recruit, it is a hard sell to get the nations top kids to go to Michigan.
