Little confidence. If he was just calling plays and not also head coach, I imagine I’d be voting much higher. I want 2015 play-calling back.

Dirk is a good coach, and so is Smitty. We need accountability amongst players to get where we want to be.

Little Confidence since the beginning. I agree with George. If Koetter would give up either HC or Play Calling, he’d probably be better at that one task.

When we keep doing the same thing expecting different results i don’t see that as a players problem, so what does that tell me? Coaches are to slow to make adjustments where needed to have an impact in the game and all the good teams do that. Personally i think Dirk needs to stop splitting duties as a new head coach, he’s hurting his team in that aspect, get a like minded O.C. when we have the lead in the 1st half how about coming out and going for the jugular instead of laying down in the third quarter?

no confidence….barely beating the jets and fins doesn’t give me confidence at all…..cant wait to see what we put on display on Sunday…..GO BUCS!!!!

All the turnovers we had Sunday. All the penalties the Dolphins had. The bad month the Dolphins are having. We got a victory by the skin of our teeth. The Phins did everything they could to give us the game and they almost accidentally won.

Little confidence. No matter how anyone wants to spin this the team has taken several steps backwards from last season and that’s with an improved roster. This is year four of a rebuilding effort that started in 2014. How is it so many other teams can find a way to turn it around in less time?

I have fun watching the knee-jerk reactions of fans as Joe does this pole weekly and the numbers go up or down based on W-L. It went down this week and I figure that’s a reaction due to the trash being slung at our team from the Winston problem.
I have little confidence and won’t gain unless this team shows up in a big game……The only chance we ha e for that is when we play Atlanta on Monday Night and only if we win all the games leading up to it. Seems very unlikely.

D-Rome…….I have to figure the reaso other teams don’t need 4 years is superior front office and/or coaching.
There is either a major disconnect between GM and coaching or they simply do not understand how to build a team. The most glaring example IMO is our offensive line. Spent big money on Sweezy, used a lot of draft picks on the line. All of these guys were supported to be run blockers and you can add OJ to the mix when talking run blocking.
There needs to be answers why all this investment into the offensive line is not producing a darn thing. They don’t know how to build an Oline seems obvious.
On the other side of the ball they have neglected the line which is a separate problem.
How about bringing in another D coordinator who relays on a 4 man pressure which we don’t have? I don’t care if Smith is Dirks bff……he was the wrong guy for this team and it’s costing us dearly.
And maybe my biggest grief is they blew their wad of freeagent money on Djax. With all the problems we have on the field they invest free agent money into the one strong area of this team……..I like Jackson but it was a horrible decision.
It feels like this team just collects players and hopes they stick. It’s almost like there is no solid planning at all.

One story that has been lost this week is how Kenny Stills racked up 180 yards against us but wtfdik.

Kenny Stills was my value play in a bunch of lineups this week. I played him because I know (we all know) not only the Bucs are terrible on 3rd down but they tend to give up the big play on 3rd down. Stills was primed to have a big day and he did.

This has been a truly bizaare year that has taken it’s toll on the Bucs.
First a hurricane that threatened to wipe Tampa Bay off the map interferes with players personal lives…consumes our bye…and messed with practices.
Second the defense too a lot of hits injury wise. We can all practice hindsight and say we all KNEW Jack Smith wouldn’t be healed so that was a bad gamble.
But Noah? He played reasonably well his rookie year with a freaking shoulder brace. He was a gamble worth making which is why in light of all of our major needs Licht rolled those dice…sadly he came up snake eyes.
Arguably our best defensive player…our MLB misses the first part of the season.
LVD missed a couple…Brent Grimes our very best DB missed a bunch…VHG is missing games…
It just seems we’re snakebit this year which is why I’m promoting…
#ONEMOREYEAR Put Licht/Koetter and Lovie on notice that this record is unacceptable but given the challenges they have one more year to fix it.

EXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSES…..
every team has injuries…..look at the Vikings….they lost their starting RB & QB….good coaching has them in the playoff race….simple as that….the bucs cant wait another year for dirk and smitty to figure it out…..if they cant do it with now with all the talent we have on this roster, they never will!!!…..GO BUCS!!!!
