Does anybody have that pit in the bottom of their stomach? I swear I don’t even remember what it feels like to be excited about a football Sunday anymore. All I feel is nervousness of impending let down…..15 years ago feels like lifetimes away. But I will keep on keeping on and hoping this team can perform and bring back excitement to our fan base.

The proof is in the pudding…..A simple adjustment of P.Barber got our running game going…….These guys know they can run block and get no results. When the coach can’t figure out how to fix problems it gives you a deflated feeling leading to mis cues pentalties and missed assignments. This team is better then what they have shown all year and a better coach doesn’t take forever to fix it.
I could think we have a chance to make a run in the second half but they will have the same tired crew of Alexander and Ayers botching plays while better prepared players waste away on the sidelines watching us lose.
There is no way any player in our locker room wants to play for this bum. And nobody is buying in to this coaching staf. The players know the HC doesn’t know how to adjust and help them get prepared

Offense is 100% healthy and they haven’t scored a TD in six quarters. Winston isn’t developing. He’s stuck in where he was halfway throuigh last year. Injured or healthy, his accuracy sucks. The play calling sucks to. Sit Winston, let him heal for his fourth year…key ahead of his contract year. So far, all around, he is not a franchise QB. All talk. No learn. Never gets better. Talking up “family” doesn’t put points on the board. Winston has lost his offense. Koetter has lost his team.

When your HC can’t figure out who to handoff the ball too and ruins our rushing game it puts a dark cloud of negativity in your linemans heads while leads to sloppy play and pentalties if it goes unfixed………Our line has done nothing but digress right in front of our eyes.
The same effect happens to your QB when you can’t effective set him up with and easy play for 3rd and short……Better coaching gets more out of Winston and all he has done with Dirk in charge has gotten worse game by game.
Receivers start doubting things too. Which leads to more drops which is what’s happening.
Dirk is taking this team backwards, that’s the wrong direction when you have a young core.

Dirk Koetter simply can’t be BOTH a HC AND a OC. Seemed to do OK as an OC when he could focus on just that. Last year’s winning record (ya, 9-7 … remember that?) was much more about the defense getting it together in the 2nd half of the season than it was about the offense. Like the guy, but maybe just not as a HC. Too soft it appears now.

But the truth is that the only two good things right now in the Sunshine state are the weather and the Tampa Bay Lightning.

At this point the best solution from a fans prospective is to completely gut the team and start a 2 year rebuilding process (Keep LVD, Beckworth, Alexander, O.J. Howard, VH3, Marpet, and maybe Winston). Trade away veterans for good draft picks while we can. Focus on the OL and DL in the drafts that come.
If the team does bad at least we can be prepared for it and have an excuse. If the team does good we can be pleasantly surprised like the Bills and Jets have been.
There is a culture of losing and as much as I hate to see some of my favorite players go you need to sometimes cut away healthy tissue to prevent the spread of infections and cancer.

I think this team needs to be blown up. Get rid of Chris Baker (took the money and ate it), Desean Jackson, Donovan Smith, Doug Martin, William Gholston, Brent Grimes, Vernon Hargreaves, all the Safeties and yes even Gerald McCoy. Change the defense to an attacking 3-4 to get more pressure on the QB which would lead to more turnovers. Pay the last WINNING coach we had in Jon Gruden and have him bring Rex Ryan to lead the attacking defense and give him total authority of the defensive side of the ball. Gruden would help Winston become the QB he needs to become and we will be fine. COME ON GLAZERS GET GRUDEN ON THE PHONE!!!!!

40 yrs I’ve been a fan of this team. I’m done! When the Glazers bought the team and hired Dungy, I was pretty excited. Finally someone cares! Dungy got as far as he could. They land Gruden! Yes excitement doubled!! When they Fired Gruden, they lost their credibility as a real franchise. Remember that December collapse was Montys fault! The Defense let them down. The only one that should have been fired was George Allen, Which may not have been his fault either, the Buccaneers were in salary cap Hell! It’s been amateurs ever since!

JimmyJack, some players and coaches have to go, there is definitely good players on this team, despite the coaching. Not a complete blow up. I’m sick of seeing every other team in the league turn it around in a off season, the Rams were sucky to sweet over night twice since the Bucs have been in the playoffs!

Glazers are laughing their asses off. Stadium funded completely by Hillsborough county taxpayers for decades while they collect the profits from every event held at Raymond James Stadium (Yes even non football games and CFB events)
By all means though lets continue to point the fingers at fans.

Anyone who looks at this team and thinks the coaching is the only issue seriously has a few screws loose.
The coaches have to go don’t get me wrong.
But plenty of players need to be relieved as well. Their effort for the most part apart from the coaching has been a joke. And that is entirely on the players.

TampaBayBucFan……..What the eff kind of plays is Dirk running on 3rd and short?
The play where Evans was running 30 yards downfield was something that I just couldn’t believe I was watching…….The guy has made a living off of getting back to the ball and finding open space and a nice target for Winston if Winston has to extend the play.
Why in the world is the play call taking that ability away from our offense? The more I watch this offense the worse it gets under this HC and the more it seems apparent he doesn’t know his own team.

Time to bring out the broom and clean house. How many times must a team come out flat b4 you realize that there is a problem in the coaches room? This team has no respect for HC or DC. Koetter should have sent Evans and JW to the showers after their juvenile antics right in front of his face. THAT is showing disrespect for the coach. Inmates running the prison. These coaches have no respect from the players. They would rather be buddies. High School coaches would not put up with this crap- on and off the field.Dirks big MFing stick should be used to beat some of these guys over the head. Totally embarrassing, undisciplined play. Winston isn’t a bust. We’ve seen him play good football. The last 2 games it’s been his shoulder. I’m more concerned with the D than I am with Winston. Koetter and Smith are gone because of the D. I’d start Griffin the rest of the way and see what he can do. It can’t be worse. The play can but the result can’t. A loss is a loss.
