“Easy to fix” – eh? “More focus – more preparation” – hmmmm
Don’t like the sound of that….

Made me want a beer!
@Pick- I agree. These are things I would expect to hear from players from instituting a brand new defense, not a 2nd year hold-over. In my opinion, players in a second year of the same defense should be playing instinctively already. Correct me if I’m wrong.
I’m just hoping it turns around at this point. The excuses are getting lame.

Excuses, excuses. If a player is just not very good but plays with heart and leaves everything they have on the field, I respect that. Take Joe Dirt for example. He gave his all but was physically limited.
Guys who are talented and just go through the motions are a pathetic excuse for NFL players.
Another thing is the lack of attention by so called talented vets. For instance, Ayers lining up in the neutral zone which gave the Cards a first down. That kind of stuff is inexcusable especially for college educated men. I would like to think they are somewhat intelligent. Plays like that prove otherwise.

Joe Dirt was my kind of player, an overachieving Gamer.
He gave us his heart and soul, on every play.

Doesn’t he play for the bucs?
